| WHY I RECOMMEND THIS TO TOURISTS: As often happens when you visit a major city, especially for the first time, the tendency is to run around like crazy and try to see everything. In New York, that means spending your time primarily in the overwhelming congestion of mid-town. If you want to stop and catch your breath for two hours, book a trip on the ADIRONDACK or the IMAGINE. You will be able to achieve a number of things at the same time. Aside from being extremely relaxing, you will get to see the Statue of Liberty very close up; you will see the extraordinary view of the lower Manhattan skyline that you've seen in a thousand movies; and you will get to engage in friendly conversations with the other passengers, both local and from out of town.
Captain Julian and his crew are very adept at insuring that the passengers have a really good time and a great sailing experience.
Before or after your sail, you can wander through the neighborhood (Chelsea) and see hundreds of (free) art galleries, from 19th to 27th Streets, between 10th and 11th Avenues.

| My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our cruise around the harbor. The crew handled the boat well and were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this cruise for a great view of the city at night as well as a close up of the Statue of Liberty at night.

| While in NYC, we tried to "do it all." The sailboat ride was something I suggested to my friends, half jokingly because I figured they would not go for it. Shockingly, they thought they would like to try it. Out of all the things we were able to do, this ended up being the one thing we all said we would do again when we come back. We took the sunset cruse and everything was perfect. Gracious boat crew, warm blankets, delicious beverages (what a variety!), and a scenary that we could not have imagined. Definitely, this topped it all! |

| My boyfriend of two years and I received a gift certificate from my parents to go on a cruise. I thought it would be full of tourists and cheesy, but it was a good mix of locals and visitors, couples and groups of friends. I was intimidated by the sailing schooner at first, but when we started out I realized how relaxing it would be. We sat the whole time - although you can stand and walk around - and had great views of the city and Jersey. Definitely go at sunset/night for better views. |

| We went on this cruise expecting a great outcome, and that is exactly what we received. The crew and captain were amazing, true professionals, and the ship is beautiful. All of this topped off with an amazing sight seeing view of New York made it a perfect night out for us! |

| The boat and crew was fantasic. It truly is unique compared to other boat tours you can take. We were able to sail and enjoy the sights without the noise of the motor, giving the experience out on the water a more authentic feel. |

| Our ride on the Schooner Adirondack was spectacular. The moment we arrived at Chelsea piers by the dock I was speechless. Because it was the city lights cruise by the time we got there the sun was setting and that set the tone for the rest of our ride. The views from the river were breathtaking: the Jersey Shore, the West side of Manhattan and the Statue of liberty. Of course the crew was also very accomodating. We loved it and it is something that we will most certainly do again and recommend to anyone. |

| had a really good time. Crew was very attentive. GOD could have provided us with some more wind, but can't have everything. Tom the captin was a great guy, most sailors are stuffy, but not him. The trip was worth every penny

| Even for someone who see's the view everyday its still amazing. Such a relaxed evening, really enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone. Your glass won't be empty and you don't feel like there is anyone else on the boat, very peaceful. |
