| This was a great sightseeing cruise expereince. The staff was helpfull and courtious. The ship was in magnivicent shape, was quiet, and though it did rock a bit with the waves and wind motion sickness wasn't a problem for anyone. Great views of the city, the sunset, the statue of liberty, the bridges, and some site interactive art exibits in the city. It was really nice to have both an outdoor deck and indoor sigtseeing area to mill around between at will during the cruise. The staff was very nice regarding my proposing on the bow of the ship and was gracious in providing some additional benifits to me and my fiance for the entirity of the trip. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone as a very enjoyable relaxing way to expereince the city. |

| This was the most non-touristy thing we did while in NY and our favorite. Very relaxing environment on a beautiful boat. We sipped on champagne while viewing the gorgeous city lights of Manhattan, New Jersey and the Statue of Liberty. We also went by the four waterfalls that were on display at the time. The captain points out a few things along the way but for the most part is silent so we didn't feel like our heads were going to explode with data like they do on those red buses!!
We thought this was a very special thing to do. No disappointments and zero complaints here! |

| We enjoyed our cruise, the setting aboard the yacht was comfortable providing a clear view of all the sights. A narration of what we were seeing along the way or a short talk at the beginning about what we could expect to see and at approximately what point on journey would have added to our enjoyment. |

| Crew was very professional. However, if you are looking for an informative outing, try something like the Circle Line tours. This outing was very relaxing and perfect for viewing the Statute of Liberty up close and all of the lights of the city. |

| We really enjoyed the night time cruise. We had originally booked the schooner Adirondack, but it was raining, so the schooner was in dock. We were offered a tour on the 1920's style yacht, Manhattan, because it had an enclosed area. It was wonderful, even though it rained. It was great that we were offered an option rather than having the tour completely canceled. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice. I think the rain kept the number of tourists down. The yacht we were on probably held 90 people, but there were only about a dozen of us on it. It was very relaxing. I'd highly recommend the boat tour to anyone who hasn't seen NYC at night. |

| Very well organized operation. Boarded and departed right on time. Nice boat, plenty of outdoor area for good weather, and comfortable indoor area for less nice weather.
Standard downtown loop, starting at Chelsea Piers, continuing down to Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty, then over to all four of Eliason's waterfalls, and back to Chelsea Piers. 1.5 hours is just the right amount of time for this sort of thing.
No narrative -- good for locals as there is no annoying background noise, but those less familiar with what they are looking at might be somewhat at a loss.
Also, note that the free first drink is for beer, wine, champagne or soft drinks only. Mixed drinks will cost you $6.00. |

| We decided to take a romantic, city lights with waterfalls tour after dark for our first wedding anniversary. It did not disappoint. The tour is a full 1-1/2 hours, and the vessel is very comfortable. While the weather when we went was perfect (surely the tour didn't arrange the weather!), even on a hot night the water and wind from the boat moving through the water would be cooling. Just being able to sit (or stand) without needing to do anything else and look at the water and lights was very relaxing. The lights of NYC are beautiful from the water, as well as the beautifully lit bridges. Seeing the waterfalls was fun and, although I did not expect to be impressed by them, they were rather interesting.
The complimentary champagne/beer/wine might have been the only disappointment, as I thought these would be complimentary throughout the cruise. I did not notice in the cruise description "first round only complimentary champagne/beer/wine". It turns out only the "first round" was complimentary. When my husband went to get a beer after we'd each had one glass of champagne (we aren't big drinkers) he was informed that only the first round was complimentary and was asked to pay $4 for a beer. A little stiff, imo, as a 6 pack costs only around $8. However, a small flaw in an otherwise very nice, relaxing evening.
I would go again and recommend it to anyone wanting a different view of the city. Plus, the sky, moon and stars were very visible from the water and that's not something you generally see when you're in the City.
Nice staff, as well. When I couldn't figure out how to hold both glasses of champagne to go outside (and join my husband) the first mate offered to take them out for me. |

| I recently took my boyfriend for his Birthday and he was so surprised. Him and I absolutely loved it. The weather was perfect, it was night time, the city lights, full moon with the person you love, what else can you ask for? It was such a romantic date that we sure have not had in a while. It was like our first date again...I would definetely reccomend this to anybody. And the staff were so nice and friendly....Not to forget about the bar ;).... |

Accomodating to move us to a new boat because of the weather.
All in all a memorable experience, definitely recommended for all. |
