Champagne Sunset Cruise on Yacht Manhattan

I have lived in New York City for years but have never managed to do a boat tour around Manhattan. Having a friend in town finally gave me the initiative to go for it. I checked Yelp and as this company had the best reviews I decided to cough up the $50 and go for it...THE REVIEWS WERE NOT WRONG! It was an incredible experience which I recommend to all. The boat was a 20's style yacht and the free glass of champagne was so yummy we had to get another (which cost only $6!). The captain had incredible factoids to share about the city and the staff was all lovely. We brought aboard a bottle of wine and they even let us open it. Of course the best part was the view...Manhattan has never looked so stunning. WOW! The only thing that could have made the evening absolute perfection was if they played some jazz over the radio inside the boat to set the mood even more. (The selection was just contemporary radio tunes.) Seriously great time. I'd go again!

The cruise boat was smaller than the large cruise liners that also give harbor tours, but this is a good thing because it made for a more intimate and enjoyable time! Fresh breath of air from the busyness of the city! We had our 9 year daughter along only because we were scheduled for an afternoon cruise the following day, however, due to weather they cancelled the cruise and offered us to reschedule for any cruise of our choice or a full refund - due to us visiting the area. I was very impressed with how professional everyone was and the sights I saw were very beautiful. They also get very close to the Statue of Liberty, which allows for pleanty of photo ops. I would definately recommend this cruise to anyone!

Though we live in the city we rarely take the time to do the local sightseeing scene. Last weekend a group of friends came into town for my birthday, and we took the sunset cruise around Manhattan. We did this last year and have decided to make it a yearly event because EVERYTHING was perfect. The boat is lovely, immaculate, not too crowded with just the right touch of classic, old fashioned charm. The crew was fun and friendly, the wine of excellent quality, and to top it off the weather was spectacular. Another huge plus is the recent renovation of the park next to the boat dock. We packed a picnic, arrived early to collect our tickets and then found a table in the park with gorgeous views of the water. This cruise is absolutely a wonderful experience, and I recommend it without reservation. Even if the weather had been bad it would have been fun to sit inside with friends and listen to the captain's interesting descriptions of New York history. Thanks to all employees who gave us a memorable time.

i went with 3 of my friends to celebrate a birthday and it was a great idea. my friends loved it. th eview of the bridges and the statue of liberty is wonderfull. we even had the luck to see a full rainbow. magic experience

We took the sunset cruise on the yacht on a Sat. night. Everything was exactly as advertised. The cruise left on time, crew was pleasant and accomodating. It was a great way to see the city first in daylight and then at night. Seeing NYC from the water offers a different perspective than you get from land. Especially nice to see the skyline at night. Magnificent view.

Great boat, friendly crew, perfect number of passengers (about 20) so we all had room. The commentary by the captain was just right: not constant, but just at the right time and with some humor and truth. The beauty of the city, at sunset and when it began getting dark, is indescribable. I only wish we could have sailed more north on the East River and more north on the Hudson. I'd pay more for a longer cruise.

I won't spend time talking about how great it was because i'm sure everybody else is talking about it. One thing to improve - It was not clear that the cruise includes only 1 glass of drink. Not meaning it was not reasonable to charge from second glass, but it should've been clarified. It was awesome, and I am planning to do another sunset cruise with my friends as my farewell to new york. For anyone who wants to make a special memory about new york, i definitely recommend this.

This is an excellent way to view the city and the statue. We went out on the champagne cruise and got to see the sunset just as we were coming up to the Statue of Liberty. The trip also took us under several of the bridges and the guide did a great job of noting points of interest.

I would recommend this cruise to a young crowd, excellent addition to any night out!

the boat was nice and cozy the staff was very welcoming the captain gave alot of information on almost everything we saw the mood was set just right for our romantic night out i will choose this activity again in the future it was a very beautiful night.
