Full Moon Sail on the Schooner Adirondack

This was wonderful sail around the harbor. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'd recommend it to my friends.

I have been trying to come up with adjectives to describe this sail and nothing sems to suffice. First of all there were only 8 people on our ride, and I was worried they might cancel but they did not. My husband I were on a vacation together, we live in Austin but I gew up in new Jersey so it was kind of a nostalgic trip for me. After listening to the captain give a brief overview and safety chat we were allowed to move up to the front of the boat and just sit quietly together and sip our wine. I couldn't believe that we were sitting out there in the middle of the Hudson floating in front of the Statue of Liberty all lit up, just gazing at her. It was so peaceful and surreal. Those adjectives will have to suffice.

I have done this cruise now a couple times-once on the yacht and once on the sailboat. Each has their own unique pluses. I prefer the yacht to be to go inside but on a nice night, sitting out on the sailboat is great fun. The yacht has more comfortable seating and is easier for eating and drinking. I have done this as a local with my husband as well as with out-of-town guests. It is a fun, relaxing way to see the city from a different prespective. We chose to do this on 9-11 this year to see the view of the lights of the twin towers which was really special. The price is right, especially with drinks included, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

My sister and I truly enjoyed the cruise that we took in NYC. The staff on the ship was very friendly and helpful. If we asked them a question about the area, they we knowledgeable about it. It would have been nice if they could have turned the engine off during part of the cruise to make it even more quiet. a better choice of sodas would have been a added point.

This ride was a spectacular and scenic experience, well organized with a warm treatment by the crew.

This was an amazing way to see New York City. The staff was fantastic and really made the night relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a fun, romantic, enjoyable evening and a great way to see New York City.

We thoroughly enjoyed our full moon sail. The captain and crew were very friendly and professional. It was such a relaxing way to see the city lights, and it is definitely the best way to see the Statue of Liberty. The breeze was also really pleasant after a hot day. We would recommend the sail without hesitation.

NYC is a beautiful sight at night when you are aboard a fabulous schooner. The crew was friendly and provided us with answers to our many questions. The highlight was seeing the Statue of Liberty all lit up.
