Full Moon Sail on the Schooner Adirondack

This was such an amazing evening, we had a fantastic sail down to the Statue of Liberty. The crew are friendly and the boat is very comfortable. Would highly recommend this trip.

The crew was great. The views were beautiful. I would definitely recommend it as a nice place to take a date.

The sail was great...we were a group of 10 women and we had a really good time...the views were amazing and the full moon made things even better...It felt refreshing being so close to the water..i only wish that we could sail more without the engine on, but i guess that depends on the weather! I totally reccomend it ! A great experience of NY city under a moonlit sky!

Staff was wonderful on board and off. very flexible when we wanted to rebook. the ship and crew were great. all as advertised.

This ride was a spectacular and scenic experience, well organized with a warm treatment by the crew.

Everything is real nice about this trip: Boat is very clean. Check-in is simple, just grab your boarding pass and walk on 20-minutes before the boat pushes off. Captain and crew are outgoing and helpful. We sat near the bow and enjoyed a quiet conversation and great views. There are very few places you can go on a date in NYC and not hear a siren, car horn or someone chatting on his/her cell phone. 2-hrs of silence on the water is worth every penny.

We had a wonderful time. The views were breathtaking - seeing the Statue of Liberty that close up was extraordinary. The calm tranquility of the sailboat ride was like none other HOWEVER the whole experience was disrupted by one of the attendant's non-stop chatter about his life history as an actor, growing up in Ohio, where he went to school, etc., etc. We wanted to hear the waves lap up against the boat but instead had to hear everything about this young man's trials and tribulations. The captain was entertaining and very professional. The other attendant was very attentive and quiet which was much appreciated. If the young man (Yuri) would have simply stuck to the history of NYC rather than himself and limited that talk to a minimum, the ride would have received a glowing 5 stars.

We had a terrific time. It was a beautiful night-- the weather conditions couldn't have been better. The crew was absolutely great, very attentive and polite. I have already reccommended this boat ride to several people since we went (2 days ago!) and am definitely planning on going again. Also: it's a really good value. We had 4 drinks each, and the ride was 1 1/2 hours, all for $50.

It was a relaxing experience. The refletion of the full moon on the water with Manhattan in the background was so beautiful. The captain carefully sailed the ship and made me feel safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our full moon sail. The captain and crew were very friendly and professional. It was such a relaxing way to see the city lights, and it is definitely the best way to see the Statue of Liberty. The breeze was also really pleasant after a hot day. We would recommend the sail without hesitation.
