Morimoto Sushi & Sake Sunset Sail on America 2.0

I am taking another group of friends with me. The food was delicious. The sail is why I am going back again. 10 stars for the America 2.0 & her skipper & crew!

My fiance and I had such a wonderful time. We took so many beautiful pictures around the statue of liberty right as the sun was setting. The sushi was absolutely delicious and paired excellent with the sake. There staff was kind enough to give out blankets (it got really chilly due to the wind) and were refilling our drinks throughough the entire time. i woudl HIGHLY recommend this for a romantic evening or fun night with friends.

Loved the beautiful scenery and nice breeze on the Hudson, the crew were excellent and the sushi was great. It was an wonderful time with my wife. We enjoyed it and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a great time.

The sailing was great, the crew was really nice and the Sake was good but the food was really average and I'm surprised Morimoto put his name to it.

I took the cruise with a bunch of people I work with and our significant others. The boat was completely full, which meant that we were sitting in every available space -- some of us in the middle of the boat, not on actual seats --and there is very little room to move around and talk to people who aren't directly on each side of you. But it was a fun two hours. We got long, full views of both coasts and a beautiful view of the sunset over NJ, and we went right up to the Statue of Liberty. The lights of the city at night ,and in particular the lights of the new World Trade Center, are stunning. The crew, all of whom were friendly and efficient, moved around continually serving more drinks and food, and the food was delicious. (Note, though, that they pack exactly enough, and the same, pieces of fish for everyone signed up, so if you are allergic to shellfish, as I am, you need to be prepared to trade with your friends or find out in advance if they can prepare a special order.)

We loved this trip. The boat was great and it was limited to just the right amount of people in order for everyone to have plenty of room. The food was great, the drinks were plentiful and the captain and crew were terrific. They were friendly and very attentive. The weather was perfect and we had a great wind on a hot summer evening. We would recommend it to anyone looking for something "different" and "special". We will definitely go again and will definitely try some of the other cruises.

Dramatic sailing yacht, gracious down-to-earth hosts, excellent food and drink. Could have stayed out longer!

My buddy and I really enjoyed the event. it was a perfect day, great food & Sake.....and a wonderful crew. It was so much fun, i would definitely do it again. My only disappointment was that it is billed as "Morimoto" sushi & sake, which implied to me that someone from the resturant would be present and perhaps doing a presentation on the food. In fact, I am not sure that I can recall his name ever being mentioned. However, the food was good wherever it came from and the crew did a wonderful job in serving the food and explaining the wines. I would recommend that unless morimoto's or his name is featured more during the event, you should remove his name from the title. Otherwise it's false advertising. His name is was drew me to the event, however once there.....the event was grand enough to stand on its own without.

for my daughter's birthday. They are NYC residents. They really enjoyed the cruise and the food/drink. Took some beautifu photographs. I hope to be able to go on a cruise myself someday.
