| The schooner was lovely but would have been a nice touch to give warm tea or hot cocoa to the guests on board. It is a summertime activity, but if the ride happens in the chilly days of the late fall, perhaps some warm beverages should be offered.
Also, I was led to believe there would be some wine which was nowhere to be found. A cold beer on a cold day never sounds enticing.
I could have done better sitting on the dock, sipping something warm and watching the boats go by instead of wearing 5 layers of clothing and still freeze my bones off for $40. |

| What a great experience, friendly, informative staff, a well equipped boat and even a couple of beers!
I highly recommed this activity. It was fun, we had a great view of the island and a close up view of the Statue Of Liberty. I would definitely do this again. |

| I am a "native" New Yorker that rarely takes advantages of the opportunities presented by my city. I recently decided to surprise my lovely wife and daughter with the "brunch cruise" around Manhattan. I can not say enough about this experience. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. The food was extremely fresh and delicious. And although the staff had nothing to do with this, the weather was perfect! I got to spend nearly three hours with two of my favorite people on the planet. On more than one occasion, during the cruise, I was moved to discreet tears of joy.
Overall, great experience, great day and highly recommended!! |

| I really wish the crew members would have pointed out the sights as we went past. Maybe told a bit of history as appropriate. Maybe told a little about the ship. A lot of tourists had no idea of what they were seeing, |

| We were very lucky to have a picture-perfect October day for our cruise. Our group of five ranged in ages 22-85 and everyone enjoyed it. The crew was most attentive about helping my elderly mother on/off the ship. They came around often to offer us drinks and were well informed about the sites. I highly recommend this trip and look forward to the upcoming fall foliage cruise. |

| We chose one of those amazing October's day, scheduled to be the last warm one of the year. We had an amazing time, the schooner is just beautiful, perfectly mantained and comfortable. And crew is friendly and professional. Just perfect. |

Wow!
Who in their right mind would sit for endless hours in a throbbing metal tub seeking out a couple of dozen bridges (yawn) when they could enjoy the thrill of real sailing on this sleek and safe open-decked classic-styled schooner?
We took both an afternoon and an evening trip and each offered their own special features such that it would be hard to say which we liked best. Seeing Liberty and the Manhattan skyline either in daylight or all lit-up at night as we rocked gently on the water was awesome, whilst the generous distribution of beer, wine (Champagne in the evening!) and soft drinks helped to turn a great fun trip practically into a party! As the sails filled in the breeze we were sent hurtling along just inches from the churning foam, adding an extra dimension to our enjoyment.
Special thanks to Sarah, Jay and the other crew members who worked so hard to make our trips so memorable. I shall wear my Adirondack sweatshirt with all due reverence for these gallant folk who spend their days gadding about the tip of the Hudson River for our pleasure (well, someone has to do it!). C&A, England, October 2006. |
