Day Sail on Schooners Adirondack

Hands down I'd recommend this activity. it's great to be on the water, without a lot of others, hearing the sounds of New York (not a motor). It's a relaxing experience.

two hours peaceful, relaxing rest under sails. Instead of the crowd and hustle on cruise ferry - perfect to see Manhattan from the water.

I and a friend decided on the spur of the moment to take your two-hour cruise on the Adirondeck and enjoyed it immensely. The weather was perfect, the view was breathtaking and the crew was very accommodating. We're still talking about it with our friends and intend to do it again.

I went on this with a bunch of girlfriends for a friends birthday. The boat was nice, there was more than enough room for everyone. The crew was also very friendly. The views were great and we happened to have great weather which makes everything better :) I would definitely do this again with people visiting from out of town, or even the same group who went before. Great activity! You get a lot for your money too, they served beer the entire trip.

Myself and a large group of girlfriends went on this sailing trip around the Statue of Liberty for a friend's birthday. The boat was beautiful and the crew was great! Friendly and attentive. We had beautiful weather which made for a great 2 hour trip.Highly recommend!

I went on this boat tour with a group of friends for a birthday and it was perfect! The staff was very accomadating and the trip was the perfect amount of time. We got great views of The Statue of Liberty, NYC skyline, and Ellis Island. I would definitely do this again!

My husband and I enjoyed the cruise very much.it was very peaceful and relaxing experience,we had a couple of drinks and took amazing pictures. I would note that it is not a sightseeing cruise,so that if you are looking for a narrated guided cruise something else would be more appropriate. We particularly enjoyed an intimate character of the cruise and would definitely recommend it for anyone costing new york.

Very pleasant crew. Such an enjoyable time to spend 2 hours on the Hudson River and watch the NY and NJ skyline pass by. To see the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Brooklyn Bridge, and other sites was well worth the price which I felt was really reasonable. A must for those visiting the City!

We took our 19 year old and she was relax and smiling. That should sell you right there. Two hour flies by. This is something very different to do in NYC. It is a great way to enjoy your family time. We had great views of the cityscape, it was nice and cool on the water on a hot day, and a couple of cold beers were nice. This is just a way to de-stress. It is not high adventure. Would we do it again? In a minute. Should you? If you enjoy chatting with family and friends and seeing the city in completely new way. Think about it this way, you could have a couple of beers in a bar or on a sailboat

Our captain was really impressive. She managed to provide fascinating information about the sights and the boat to young children and older adults alike, all while making sure that the sail went smoothly. Wonderful to see the city from that perspective, and the ship is beautiful.
