Afternoon tea cruise!

It was a great experience and would recommend it to my friends and family! Since we were only 4 people in total that day it was almost like we had booked a private cruise. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The boat itself was super clean and food was good too.

This was recommended to me by a friend who’s local to NYC. It was a fantastic experience. The views were incredible and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I went on a Sunday evening and there were only another 2 people on the whole boat, much better than the packed tourist river boat rides you get. Great for any age, a must do activity!!

overall a great ride, but don't go hungry!!!!
Sun, Nov 9  3:00 PM caccavale Female 40-49 Local Group of Friends
The food was just ok. For $75.00 they could make sure the water is hot for tea and the tea sandwiches were slightly more appealing. They also ran out of cheese cake, so out of my group of 5 , not one of us had a slice. We left hungry. The boat and the crew were great. The ride itself was well worth it.

Descent though skimpy

While we welcomed the idea of joining a group of fellow wine lovers, the experience overall was mediocre. The wine which we thought would get a good sampling of was small in portion (less than a 1/4 of the glass). The food items while appetizers, were limited to 1 per individual, leaving appetites satiated.

Had a great time

Our Host was very knowledgable and friendly. She was able to provide readily information/backgrounds for the product provided. The pairing of the food was out of this world. The wonderful weather added to the experience. This was a great value and I would recommend this activity to all my friends/family. Thank you.

Wendy is very knowledgable about wines from all of the world. The selection of wine was exquisite, the appetizers were also nice. The only thing I can recommend is more wine and more appetizers.

We had a wonderful time on the fall foliage trip. It was a beautiful day and the staff was great. We were bundled up, but it was still pretty cold, so make sure you pack on the layers. The staff, however, provided plenty of blankets and hot cider to keep us warm. Don't forget to bring a camera to take some pictures of the amazing scenery!

Despite the chilly weather, it was great to sail up the Hudson to see the foliage. The crew was fabulously attentive. Good food and drink, great day.

Since it was a nice Saturday and we didn't have time for a trip upstate we looked for something else to do. My husband found your Adirondack ride on internet. We enjoyed the low key and the fact that you served wine and beer. A very nice touch. We will repeat it. Thank you. Suanna and Kim Halsey

Great crew, beautiful boat. Food was so-so, but adequate. Wine was so-so. Definitely worth the money.

Perfect autumn adventure
Sat, Nov 1  11:00 AM skoomar Female 40-49 Domestic Tourist(s) Group of Friends
This was a surprise birthday excursion with a friend and we had a blast. The cruise wasn't fully booked so there was room on the schooner to spread out. The crew was capable and friendly. They made sure we had whatever we wanted to drink. Captain Kat was a delight from the moment she greeted us with her enthusiastic invitation "Let's go sailing!" The schooner was beautiful. It was so cool having conventional tour boats pass us and see lots of their passengers taking photos of us. We motored north to the George Washington Bridge, then caught enough wind to actually sail the rest of the journey. Watching the crew and captain handle the sails was fascinating. There were a few moments when we dipped way to one side and the passengers had to hang on. That made the trip exciting. The boxed lunch was tasty: a good-sized turkey wrap with cranberry-mayo dressing, couscous with raisins and a slice of pie (pumpkin or apple). Folks also seemed to enjoy the warm cider, although I didn't have any of that. Points of interest we saw included Seaman's Memorial, Grant's Tomb and the Pallisades. Sailing under the GW Bridge was also a treat. I wish there was a way to link photos to this review.
