Beautiful boat, relaxing ride, and a lovely way to see the city!

Enjoyed this New York experience with 12 year old son. The yacht left on time. The crew was wonderful. The drinks and music a nice touch. One group on the cruise brought their own appetizers, which I thought was a great idea.The captain pulled very close to the Statue of Liberty and stopped so we could take photos. Very good view of it. This is different from many New York experiences because it was not rushed, not crowded, and not overpriced. Do it.

The crew & the captain were friendly and helpful. Most importantly our 8 year-old son loved it.

We enjoyed our second voyage very much, even though it rained the whole time. Viewing from the inside cabin work just fine. And as previously, John was EXCELLENT!!

My wife and I enjoyed the "City Lights on Adirondack" cruise in early August, 2011. The captain and crew were attentive, but allowed us to take in the lights and breezes on the Hudson River during our two-hour excursion from Chelsea Piers down to the Statue of Liberty and back. Extremely relaxing and absolutely romantic, I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone wanting to take some time away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and once again connect with the love in their life.

Very quiet, the sails where amazing and really enjoyed the view of the statue of liberty.

My boyfriend and i celebrated our one year anniversary on the sunday evening jazz cruise and really enjoyed the night. The staff were all very friendly, the boat was beautiful and a comfortable size. We had wine and cheese while listening to a very talented jazz group and sailing around the island. I would definitely recommend this cruise, it is romantic but has a laid back tone as well.

I believe a short lecture/commentary on history and certain interesting landmarks, i.e. buildings the cruise passes would be beneficial to attendees. Also some historical comments on the river and river activities.

I surprised my fiance for his birthday with a sunset sail on the adirondack. We were a group of six and all of us really enjoyed it. The sail sold out a few days in advance so unfortunately several friends weren't able to join us. I would definitely buy tickets well in advance, The crew was a delight with a pleasant laid back attitude. Even though the sail was full, it was comfortable and everyone was well behaved though still seemed to enjoy the complimentary drinks. The views were breathtaking and especially enjoyable when the motors were off. I would do this sail again and highly recommend it to locals and visitors!

I have had friends who had taken this and recommended it to me so I thought for my boyfriends birthday this would be a great gesture, something different we have not done before even though we live in NY. It was a long sail, the time flew by though. I liked how close we got to be able to take pictures. The scenery and views were wonderful.

We live on Jane & Washington, and to see our neighborhood from the water was a wonderful experience, plan to do it again! We had a wonderful evening!

This was a great boat tour, it starts in Chelsea, which is convenient to get to by subway or cab. The captain and crew were great, very hospitable, and the tour was casual but informative. The boat was a nice alternative to those bulky tour ships, and it was a smaller group on board for the tour.

The tour was great, though a little long (almost 3 hours but at $75 a ticket it was worth it!) It's hard to grasp how big and architecturely diverse this city is unless you take this boat tour. I was a little hesitant at first because my husband booked it and I don't usually do well on boats but being able to listen to the history of some of the buildings and standing outside with the nice breeze put me at ease. The crew was amazing...very nice people! The snacks provided were fresh and had a nice variety to choose from. Not sure this tour is for teens or kids as they might get board after a bit. Highly recommend this tour and tour company if you can fit it in your schedule!

We enjoyed this trip, there was a good and plentiful variety of tasty food supplied and the view from the boat of the harbour and New York skyline was stunning. Would highly recommend.
