Great time if the weather holds up

| We had high expectations for the Fall Foliage Sail. The weather was not perfect - but the crew and passengers made the most of it. If the sun peeked out a bit more we probably would've seen some spectacular foliage. It lasted a little longer then I liked, but that was because we had to sail past the GW bridge, which took quite a while to get to. I'd recommend this trip but only if the weather looks like it will cooperate. | ||||||

| The winds were blowing, which gave The Waterfalls their chance to be breathtaking . The rain storm we encountered, showed another dimension to this outing ... and I personally stayed out on deck [ until brought in ] by the lightening. One was able to keep dry ... still see the wonderous outside .. meet new friends ... and share in champagne. A huge ocean liner was following in our wake [ & seen through the mist ] ... a surreal experience. Our crew was effieient & caring. Our Motor Yacht was comfortable and the 1.5 hours flew by in grand style. My friends & I throughly enjoyed our Waterfalls Tour. | ||||||

| As nearly all the reviews say this ride is great. It is a good way to see NY, particularly on a very hot day. We were lucky to have plenty of wind and sunshine. The crew are all very nice and easy to chat with. I brought binoculars which I highly recommend. Seeing the Statue of Liberty up close is a lot of fun. Another hint is to sit forward on the boat for the best views. My teenage girls both loved it. | ||||||

| My third time aboard the yacht Manhattan, from Classic Harbor LInes, a beautiful replica 1920s commuter. She's about 80 feet long with ample seating indoors and on the foredeck. This company is extremely well run and also offers two schooners. There is no better way to see New York Harbor. | ||||||

| We went on this cruise expecting a great outcome, and that is exactly what we received. The crew and captain were amazing, true professionals, and the ship is beautiful. All of this topped off with an amazing sight seeing view of New York made it a perfect night out for us! | ||||||

| My boyfriend and I took my parents on this cruise while they were in town for Father's Day. It was a delightful sailing experience, and the captain and crew were very hospitable and knowledgable about NYC and sailing. I highly recommend this cruise for any nice day out on the water! | ||||||

| My wife and I were in NYC for a week. We sailed on the Adirondack. There was a gentle breeze and we enjoyed the sail. I have some great up close pictures of the Statue of Liberty and the several other sail boats and ships in the harbor. The sun set on queue over Jersey City. We met two other couples and were well served by the crew. My wife appreciated the loaner blanket since it was cool. Watching the young lads jumping up and down to hoist the sails was a treat in its own right. Our biggest challenge was finding the entrance to the building (where it passes through to the pier), but that was not that big of a deal. | ||||||

| We enjoyed this activity; we had perfect weather (80 degrees F, cool breeze and gentle sunshine) which no doubt enhanced our experience however as long as one was prepared with the right layers of clothing in other weather the experience would still be pleasant. The staff were very pleasant; no loud obnoxious New Yorkers on staff; just polite and low key expert handling of the vessel. We had the utmost confidence at all times. We would thoroughly recommend this activity. | ||||||

| The tour was awsome and gave you a chance to see the city skyline, which you can't really do when you're actually in the city. It was also a great opportunity to get up close to the Statue of Liberty. The crew was extremely nice and friendly. I would definately recomend this to anyone traveling with a significant other. You can also bring food on the trip for a nice romantic meal. | ||||||
