Classic Harbor Line

Everyone in our group enjoyed the ride thoroughly. (The kids ranged from 7- 19.) The crew and staff were very pleasant and helpful. The tour guide was good but could have offered more information about the sites.

The boat was beautiful, the crew fun, capable and helpful. We enjoyed the views and the fine weather and can't wait to come again. What a treat!

Really enjoyed the sail trip, went with friends and everyone had a great time. I do recommend and we will go back soon for another trip!

This 2-hour sail is a fun time for all ages. This is a real sailboat, and the crew also unfurls the sails and tends the lines between getting you sodas or beer. Open seating, so bring a cushion in case you end up sitting on top of the cabin.

I highly recommend this cruise as it is a unique and enjoyable way to see all of Manhattan. The two AIA guides provided very informative and knowledgeable background info throughout the tour, and we also got a helpful map to point out the landmarks along the way. The buffet (cakes, cheese, crackers, fresh fruit) was surprisingly good, too. Excellent value for the money!

What a wonderful way to see NYC. We live in New Jersey, have been to Manhattan many times but never got to see it from a boat, especially the East side, it's always the Hudson side. very informative but the lady who gave the tour wasn't the best speaker, lots of uums, and some things she didn't know. The man was better.A nice treat to have wine and cheese, crackers, fruit and cakes. the boat was comfortable, great day, would do it again.

Friendly crew and knowledgable AIA tour guides. Boat was comfortable, just wish it would have slowed down a bit more in certain places. Great trip - how many cities can you completely circumnavigate by water? Great refreshments provided also! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed being on a smaller boat. The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, and the cruise was delightful and informative.

The boat was great, the tour around Manhattan was great, the crew was great although the narrator didn't have all his facts about NY exactly correct. BIG drawback: children under the age of 3 who were on the cruise. Too young for an excursion like this. They screamed and cried for most of the trip and the crew had to tell the parents more than once to watch the children as they were climbing on the ropes and could easily have fallen off the boat. My very strong advice -- restrict the trip to those over the age of six.

The meal was absolutely delicious. The staff was respectful, courteous and friendly.

Nice crew, comfortable seating, good drinks (had 3 glasses of white wine), relaxing atmosphere, to see the skyline lighted up in rainbow colours (timesquare buildings and Empire state) due to the Gay pride was really nice and impressing

My wife decided to have a night on the town after 29 years of marrigae and had a wonderful evening. The description of the sail ride was just a little misleading. The description indicated "spectacular views of Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge". Yes, views of Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty, but we never got close to the Brooklyn Bridge. Oherwise the crusie was great.

Crew was terrific. Sunset was spectacular. Small boat size was wonderful. It is a must do after a long day walking around the streets on NYC. You sit back and watch the City go by.

We travelled from Scotland and the trip was part of my partner's 50th birthday and we went with our 2 friends from New York. The sailing trip was by far our best experience of New York. The crew on the sailing boat were magnificent and ensured we all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The alcohol flowed and the views of NYC, Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty were breathtaking. Definitely the best way to see the city. My only complaint was 2 hours wasn't long enough!!! When we return to this amazing city, we will again book the sailing trip. Far more fun than the cruisers!!! A huge thank you to the company and crew of the Adirondack who really made this a fantastic and wholly memorable experience!!!!
