Excellent service and music; the boat was not cold at all; didn't even need a coat inside! Highly recommended

i bought tickets for this for my boyfriend's birthday because he loves boats and jazz and i'm so glad i did. my only complaint would be that it was too short! i was pleasantly surprised by how roomy and comfy the sitting area was. the staff and band was great, though they were perhaps a little understaffed. they had said at the beginning of the cruise that someone would be around to replenish the baskets of cookes that sat at every table, but that never happened. also, when drink was spilled on the seat next to us, we went to the guy at the bar to get some towels to clean it up, but he said he would come over and take care of it. he did, but it took long enough that the people had to stand and wait for him for a while. i saw another reviewer complaining about it being overrun by children, and while that didn't happen on our trip because the kids were pretty well-behaved, i could see how that would happen. we were on the 4:30 cruise, though, so i'm sure it's more likely on one that early. anyway, those really very minor things aside, it was really fun and relaxing and the crew was super nice. the cocoa was really yummy and they gave us one free round of grownup drinks, too. i paid for a couple rounds past that and they were very reasonably priced. we had a great time. highly recommend.

I spend money on 2 tickets, 2 bottles of wine and a cheese meal. But due to traffic going into Manhattan on a Saturday night, i was running a little late and i tried to call but i was told that cruise would be leaving promptly and there was no possible way to reschedule. Even though there i was another cruise running almost every 2 hours and even on the following day. I was taking my girlfriend to this event as a birthday gift and that money was just wasted and i had to find something else to do instead. I can understand the cruising leaving promptly, but i don't understand how i could not schedule my purchased tickets to one of the other many cruises that would be taking off or even a refund for the tickets and items since my girlfriend and i were not on the cruise. It seems only right the ability to provide an chance to reschedule or refund.

Well worth the price of the ticket.

The experience was wonderful my only suggestion is there are quite a few people sitting at a table. I don't think one tray of cheese samples were enough to satisfy the table. Some people can be very greedy and don't know how to share a sample plate with others. For instance there was only two of us at a table and the other group were 4 at the same table they took everything on the plate. By the time we went to sample the other wines a lot of the cheese, bread, and crackers were gone. I understand some people can be ill-mannered so I would suggest at least two sample plates on the table. Another suggestion would be having an event where there is nothing but sweet bubbly wine such as muscato wines it would be nice to have an event like that. Other than these two suggestions I had a wonderful experience and would pay for it again with other family members and friends.

The leader of the wine tour was very informative and provided a great resource/handout to take home. The boat is very cozy warm (and it was quite cold outside the day I sailed!!!) and the staff was very professional. A great trip for families as well as couples.

Experienced and enthusiastic speakers, lovely venue

I wasn't expecting much from this, as I know the NY harbor scenery very well and have taken several boat rides of this type in the past. I was pleasantly surprised however by the experience. For one this is a very romantic and relaxing way to unwind from the holiday madness. The boat is very cozy and sitting together with others who are looking for a Christmasy experience creates a very nice vibe. The views are beautiful as you look at all of the sights of the harbor all lit up. Forget the Rockefeller center Christmas tree, these views are amazing. To top it all the staff are very nice. Add to this the jazz band, cookies, champagne and cocoa and you cannot go wrong. Whoever thought up this entertainment did a great job. I say if you want to get into the Christmas feeling you should do this.

The Holiday Jazz Cruise was excellent! The jazz trio were fantastic, the staff were superb and the views were spectacular. Happy Holidays indeed! :-)

Enjoyed the sights from a enclosed area on board and had the option to go out on decks for a better view of the skyline. Seeing the Statue of Liberty in the evening light made the trip for me. Had fun with the sing along and the jazz musicians were great. The cruise was enjoyed by all.

The champagne was terrific, the pairing was well thought out and the instructor informative. The crew was great!! Can't wait until our next trip~!

Spending an evening with friends on the water with spectacular views of the NYC skyline and the Statue of Liberty, singing carols, and enjoying delicious refreshments is hard to beat. Whether you're by yourself, a couple, or part of a group you'll have a wonderful time. Will definitely make this a holiday tradition.

This was a very enjoyable trip. The boat was very comfortable, the crew and guide were very pleasant and approachable. The guide was very knowledgeable. The refreshments were good. In all it was an enjoyable experience

Took the cruise to enjoy the perspective of Manhattan and the outer boroughs from the water and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the brunch offerings. The crew was hospitable and provided first rate service.

We were on a girls trip to NYC and absolutely loved the Cocoa and Carols Holiday Jazz Cruise! The view of the lighted bridges and of the lights of NYC from the water was just beautiful. We enjoyed a glass of champagne and the sound of live holiday music from the band as we glided smoothly through the waters of the Hudson River. All 5 of us agree that this was one of our favorite memories of our trip to NYC.
