| We brought our children to spend a day in Manhattan to celebrate the upcoming wedding of our daughter, and this was wonderful. Captain Michelle and her crew were obviously having a great time themselves and it showed. They enthusiastically shared their knowledge of sailing and New York harbor. We left the dock right on time, cold drinks were served and we had a little excitement when the captain "dipped the rail". I would recommend this to everyone and I'm sure we'll return for another sail ourselves. Remember to bring sunscreen and sunglasses. | ||||||

| I actually used these reviews to chose this activity, I am so glad I did. My wife and I had the best experience viewing Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty from the water. The staff was awesome. I would not consider this a "tour" as the crew really just let's you enjoy the sail, they don't talk or describe the sights (personally I liked that). It was the highlight of our trip to NYC. | ||||||

| Nice views of city skyline and statue of liberty. Much better than taking the over crowded liberty boat from battery city. Honestly, given the level of comfort and the very fair pricing, this is the best way to go. Crew was very friendly. While the boat holds 49, crowd was smaller and there was plenty of room to move about. They are generous with the beer, soda, water, etc. Very nice once the sails go up and the motor shuts downs. Peaceful. We will do the evening cruise at some point in the future. | ||||||

| My girlfriend and I had a great time on the Sunset Sail. The boat provided an intimate setting for the two of us, but provided the opportunity to socialize with the rest of the attendees. The crew was enthusiastic and helpful. Catain Julian, Ian, and Stew made us feel welcome (the couple glasses of wine didn't hurt either). Overall, a great experience and we're looking forward to bringing some friends along next time. | ||||||

| The sail was a lot of fun. The staff was helpful and very hard working. It was a peaceful and fun sail. We only wished it was longer and got to see more of Manhattan (east side). We did the sunset sail -- able to see the sunset and the city lights on the way back. worth the time and money! | ||||||

| We sailed on a beautiful 85ft scooner that was well maintained and fun. The Captain (named "Cat") and crew were professional and pleasant and were happy to answer questions about the vessel and the coastline. I was very impressed with the Captain's attention to safety and proper sailing instructions. If you listen carefully, you can really learn about sailing! Great time.... | ||||||

| Without a doubt the best value for money excursion you can do in NYC. This is the second time in the space of 3 months I have been on the Schooner and there's not many better ways to begin a Saturday evening. The crew were enthusiastic and ensured everyone was comfortable for the 2 hours we were onboard. They were also more than willing to take photographs which was a very nice touch. We left the Schooner completely satisfied with our experience and both agreed we could have stayed on there all night!! I recommend this to anyone, be it tourists or New Yorkers who may not have done such a trip before. An excellent evening's activity. | ||||||

| I am an Englishman living in New York and took my visiting parents (who had never been to NYC before) on the sunset sail. It was excellent, great views of the city skyline, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The crew was very welcoming too and the boat was the perfect size. For the price, including 3 rounds of drinks, I couldn't have asked for better value for money. The parents loved it too, which was the main thing. Therefore, I recommend this for any travelling group, or even native New Yorkers who may never had done such a trip before. | ||||||

| The sailboat fit about 13 customers and the three members of the crew. The crew was very friendly and served us drinks and gave us blankets to keep warm. They checked in with us periodically if we needed anything. If you plan on going on this sailboat, definitely grab a few blankets or bring a winter coat (I went in mid-October), because the water is much colder than land. We got to see much of the skyline but not all, as we didn't even go near the bridges. | ||||||
