I have lived in NYC and surrounding area since 1974 and consider my self a pretty serious new-york-o-phile. I have been on many tours and this one more than met my expectations . The boat was very comfortable and the amenities great. I learned many new facts and saw the buildings of the city in a new light. The guides were approachable, easy to listen to and well informed. I look forward to other tours of a similar nature.

This was a delightful, informatiive tour, in which native New Yorkers could learn a surprising amount about the waterfront and its buildings. The docents were clear, interesting and informed.

I took my parents, who are both NYC natives, on this tour as a birthday present. We all really enjoyed the boat itself, and the docents from AIA were great. It's a difficult task since so much is jammed into the lower 1/2 of the island, but they made it worth listening to the entire time. My only peeve is the ticketing was very confusing from the website. Purchasing the tickets seemed more difficult than normal, and I found the eticket very confusing. My family definitely intends to send more friends and family along.

Highly recommened. Crew is fantastic, ship is impeccably clean, tour is perfect length of time and allows you to relax and enjoy time with your party without bombardment by historical commentary. Though commentary is necessary and enjoyable on certain nyc tours, this one is wonderfully calming and peaceful without it. Have recommended it to many friends and will be back again and again!

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 teens getting together to get caught up on our lives. This was a wonderful way to spend the day and to have our teens re-connect. The crew was great, very friendly and accommodating. The trip was so easy and comfortable. And the setting...what can you say ??? awesome.

relaxed, clean and the captain was a hoot (andrew, i think his name was). and $20 for a bottle of local champagne! yay!

Nice service, Staff really friendly since the beginning, the view is amazing, food was good, we enjoyed each minute of it. Thank you.

Only criticism would be that commentary to accompany the sights was very sporadic and light. hard to balance relaxing brunch with information but could have had more insights imparted as we went round the Island.

Amazing - Even if you've lived in the city for years like me. I went over the summer with three of my best girlfriends and we had a blast. Great views of the city and Statue of Liberty all lit up at night. We then had some friends in town visiting from Paris so I booked another trip with our friends and my husband. Again, it was another perfect night!

Took a great friend on the City Lights Cruise as a birthday present. Both of our first trip on a sailboat. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Had great weather, great crew and a perfect night. Compliments to Captain Pat for a great sail. One of the crew - a very nice young man (dark hair wish I could remember his name) had an answer for everything we asked about the city and history in general during the cruise - very impressed with his extensive knowledge.

The sail was fantastic. My wife and I will have fond memories of this evening

a different way to see ny harbor. boat is spacious, crew very helpful, and the quiet of being on a sailboat is very enjoyable

'nuff said. Good company, great captain, funny, entertaining, no annoying tourist talk (i.e. theres this building, that building, here's where Jeter lives, etc...). Awesome boat, free beers, good times all around. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

What a great way to spend an afternoon with my mom when she was in town. Perfect views of NYC without traffic or too much walking around! Funny crew and great guides! Thank you!
