| This was the second trip this season for my husband and myself. This time we brought our daughter, her husband and their two teen-agers. The captain and crew are professional, helpful and unobtrusive. The boat ride is delightful. We are looking forward to doing this again with other family members and friends in 2008. | ||||||

| We sailed down to the Statue of Liberty, motoring the last little bit because the wind died. Then, we caught the wind and had a bracing sail in the harbor before heading back to dock. Really fun, and interesting to see the lower Manhattan and Jersey shores from the water. | ||||||

| The Adirondack is a great way to see New York in all of its beauty. As you pass the Statue of Liberty, you can only imagine what the American ancestors felt as they spotted this beautiful lady. | ||||||

| My daughter was getting married on Saturday to an Australian. Many of his family flew in for the occasion. On the prior Thursday all of them (including the 93 year old grandfather) ,and several from my side of the family went on the sail. What a perfect place to bond with each other. The evening was perfect, the crew dilligent in their duties of getting us champagne, wine, beer, or soft drinks. We brought hors d'oeuvres and talked and ohhed and ahhed. It was a memorable time and we easily came together as one great family. | ||||||

| We were a group of people associated with an up-coming wedding. The weather was picture perfect. Sunset was better than Hollywood could have produced. The captain and crew were attentive without interfering. | ||||||

| What was most troublesome to me, the captain spoke of in the very beginning......the tipping of the boat. I was nervous. Not after his talk. The crew was courteous and helpful. They were delightful...all three. They answered every question, but most people were pretty familiar with the city. They were very safety conscious. If I had any complaint, it was the the trip was too short!!! Seriously, I will do it again. It was a wonderful, wonderful experience. I've already written a review on Yelp....I want everyone to come because I want to know that this Schooner is always there. I've already suggested to friends that this makes a wonderful gift...which is how I got to go in the first place. | ||||||

| We've taken many boat trips on New York Harbor over the years, but yours was the absolute best! The crew was charming, polite and very skilled. The company was terrific and the weather and scenery were perfect. We will certainly be back again, with more family and friends. Thanks and congrats on a superior offering. | ||||||

| The schooner is beautiful but I feel that there was a lack of proper safety precautions. For example, there were several children on board and they were not required to wear safety jackets. I feel that this is very hazardous. Also, there was no gangplank to board the ship. This would make it very difficult for differently abled individuals to get on and off or even participant. I also question the serving of alcoholic drinks on a vessel that has few or no secure handholds. In the cockpit where we all sat there were no back cushions- very uncomfortable! | ||||||

| My husband and I live in Alabama and love sailing, but I was a little reluctant to book the trip ahead of time because one never knows what the weather will be like. Our daughter has recently moved to NYC and she really wanted to do the sail, so I signed up two weeks ahead. We ended up having the perfect sunset sail!! The wind picked up late in the afternoon, the clouds parted for a picture-perfect sunset, the wine was defightful and our captain and crew could not have been better. We ended up with post card quality photos of the NYC skyline and The Statue of Liberty. Now she wants to take all her visitors on the sail. We wish we were going to be in NYC in October for the fall foliage sail. Maybe next year. | ||||||

| The sail was a wonderfully relaxing way to take in the skyline and experience NY harbor and the Statue of Liberty in a unique way.The crew was so much fun and full of information. We enjoyed every minute. No crowds. Just the quiet of the wind and water. A beautiful sail. | ||||||

| Enjoyed everything. Service was excellent and the view was great. Only downside was that it was scary trying to get a cab afterwards in the night. Even liked the rain. | ||||||
