Classic Harbor Line

Everyone goes on the party cruises that leave the piers frequently. But how often do you think of sailing? Sailing with the Adirondack gave a perfect opportunity to see the city by night. The summer night cool air gave reason to ask the crew for a blanket which you can snuggle up in with your date and share stolen kisses. An awesome unique romantic evening... And very affordable.

I had such a great time and the crewmen were so helpful, fun, and knowledgeable. I definitely plan on doing this again soon.

My Friends and I had a very nice time. The captain and his crew were very nice and told stories and jokes all night keeping us entertained when the boat was quiet.

while it was a lot chillier than expected, the trip was beautiful, and the employees of the harbor line were incredible friendly, talktative, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone - local or tourist - for a special event or just a fun night out. thank you!

I have lived in New York City for years but have never managed to do a boat tour around Manhattan. Having a friend in town finally gave me the initiative to go for it. I checked Yelp and as this company had the best reviews I decided to cough up the $50 and go for it...THE REVIEWS WERE NOT WRONG! It was an incredible experience which I recommend to all. The boat was a 20's style yacht and the free glass of champagne was so yummy we had to get another (which cost only $6!). The captain had incredible factoids to share about the city and the staff was all lovely. We brought aboard a bottle of wine and they even let us open it. Of course the best part was the view...Manhattan has never looked so stunning. WOW! The only thing that could have made the evening absolute perfection was if they played some jazz over the radio inside the boat to set the mood even more. (The selection was just contemporary radio tunes.) Seriously great time. I'd go again!

had a great time. well worth the cost. 3 rounds of drinks, friendly staff. if you love the water and new york city, you'll love this! good for young couples or a group of friends.

Boat was beautiful, crew impressive, drinks good, sunset breathtaking and view majestic! We enjoyed the ride for a few reasons including the fact that it's not narrated or treated as a guide boat. We are New Yorkers and were able to enjoy the serene beauty of the Hudson. You can bring snacks and drinks of your own if you'd like. The ride was also fun as it was quite windy, so it made it a little more exciting to experience tacking that way. I would recommend this to tourist and New Yorkers alike.

a must when first visiting NYC or a great activity to do with out of town guests. staff were friendly and knowledgable of sailing. Maybe could have pointed out some sites

MY GRANDDAUGHTER (13 YEARS OLD) AND I ENJOYED THE REALLY BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE NEW YORK CITY SKYLINE AND OF THE SUNSET. CREW WAS MOST ATTENTIVE AND VERY PLEASANT.

This sunset cruise was the perfect way to cool down and relax after a long, hot day. It was very casual and the crew did a nice job of making sure we had what we needed (ie cocktails). I only wish that there was slightly more narration explaining the different sights as we cruised through the harbor. Otherwise, it was still a great time.

If you realy want to see NY, in a delightfully relaxing manner, this is it! Captain and crew were great!

What a great evening sail

A few friends and I took the sunset cruise on the Adirondack III. The captain and crew of this beautiful schooner were professional, jovial and highly skilled. Fantastic beer selection and a wonderful view of the city, the Statue, Ellis Island and, um, Jersey. This trip is incredibly affordable and fun --- highly recommended to anyone visiting or living in New York.

Professional staff - relaxing - small enough sailboat to give you a thrilling ride, but big enough to make you feel secure. Highly recommended.
