| The weather was great and due to a stiff breeze the sailing experience was great. Very friendly crew and nice ship. It was my first sailing cruise but definately not the last. Plenty of photo opportunities not only of the Manhatten skyline/Miss Liberty but also about sailing maneuvers - bring a wide angle lens ! | ||||||

| The crew was friendly and welcoming, the sail was beautiful. I wish you would do a trip which could go up the Hudson Valley. Maybe half a day. And THANK You for the champagne | ||||||

| The schooner, crew, and overall experience were wonderful., but getting to South Street Seaport or the Brooklyn Bridge didn't seem to ever be a possibility, as the website suggests. It was great to get out there and catch wind in the sails - almost as magical as sailing past Lady Liberty! | ||||||

| We were impressed by the vessel itself, the fun and friendly staff (who we watched work tirelessly to ensure that all guests were having an enjoyable time) and of course, the amazing view. I would recommend this as a MUST for anyone visiting New York City! | ||||||

| It was a very enjoyable experience. My only complaint was that it was crowded -- I think they allow up to 50 people and we had 48 which was still too many. It would be ideal with 30 people, but I understand why they need as many as 50. The crew was nice and the sail was wonderful -- it was a beautiful summer evening. We sailed past Ellis Island and up to the Statue of Liberty. I would definitely do this sail again. | ||||||

| We boarded the Adirondack with much anticipation and were pleasantly surprised to find a welcoming crew and friendly captain. The trip was relaxing, enjoyable, and a perfect way to spend a couple of hours in new york city. | ||||||

| I took my mom on this sail for her 60th - that was October of 2000, with the World Trade Center still standing and all. It was gorgeous. Now my cousins are here from Amsterdam, late May 2006. It happened to be very hot and I suggested we go sailing. Well, it was awesome. Got a break from the heat and got to sail around the Hudson and Statue of Liberty harbor. Now my one cousin, she's quite cynical and I didn't think she would react to postivley to how cool it is to pull right up to Lady Liberty but I tell you, she almost cried. It's quite a big impact. This is an excellent thing to do with out of town guests or some friends. Really cool. Forget Circle Line, that's for tourists, this is so much better... | ||||||

| My boyfriend and I took out of town friends. We were all really impressed with this trip, and had an absolute blast - I felt like Jackie O out on my private boat sailing along Manhattan sipping my wine, wind in my hair, sun on my face. The staff is very friendly and gracious and the boat is absolutely stunning. We got a great perspective of the west side, all the way down to Battery Park and then went right up to the Statue of Liberty. Honestly, I can't wait for the excuse to do this again. I highly recommend it. | ||||||

| Great weather and good wind helped. We were 2 out of the 4 non-new yorkers which gave us a good exclusive conversations with the captain which could fill us in on facts about New York! | ||||||

| My friends from Sweden had a fantastic time! The crew was really nice, and helpful, always giving great service. The Captain was really fun and made her guests very calm especially with the constant weather changing this past Sunday. All and all, I would highly recommend this to my friends. Thank you! | ||||||

| If you are a sailor, or if you are interested in sailing, you should definitely come sailing with the Schooner Adirondack, because as soon as the ship leaves the harbour the sails are being raised and off you go to the Statute of Liberty and you do get some nice sailing! And if it rains, you get to come back for free! The crew is very nice and friendly and they do some excellent work sailing this beatiful ship. Actually, Schooner might be a Dutch word, because if you translate it to Dutch, you would say Schoener. | ||||||

| My husband and I visit New York about three times a year and wanted to do something different. The sunset sail was wonderful. You get a lot of space to yourself, and it's a calm, relaxing way to see the skyline and the statue of liberty. It's also a great way to experience the piers. The sounds of the water and wind give you lots of privacy. Our sail ended up being the most memorable experience of the whole trip. | ||||||

| We had ages from 4 to 49 on boat and we all had a wonderful time. The only thing that could have made it any better would have been someone sharing what we were seeing. | ||||||
