Classic Harbor Line

i went with a friend that was visiting from out of town; this was a great way to see manhattan. i loved it, and would even consider going again a random night after work to unwind and relax. crew was great; very friendly!

We enjoyed amazing views of Manhattan and the statue of liberty in the crisp October weather with blankets and hot chocolate (both provided by the captain). Wonderful : )

We went on Jan 2 and it was the perfect way to bring in the new year - simply wonderful and magical!

The family was celebrating our daughter's graduation from college. Everyone in our group really enjoyed our outing - we had beautiful weather! We felt like we were on vacation and had a private yacht tour of Manhattan. The staff was gracious and attentive, noshes were good. We definitely plan on taking another cruise in the future!

My girlfriends and I celebrated a birthday weekend in NYC. This cruise was a fabulous way to end the weekend. Seeing Manhattan from the water is a beautiful sight. The staff was very friendly. The food was very good and seemed to be neverending. Loved the experience and would do it again!

It was a perfect day. My husband and I with my mother were so excited to see the Yacht. It was beautiful. The staff were very friendly, the views were breathtaking and the food was awesome. It was our favorite thing that we did in New York. WE LOVED IT AND RECOMMEND AS A MUST.

I would recommend this experience to any one. Excelent service and excelent yatch conditions. Absolutely an experience I will never forget.

The tour was wonderful, informative and relaxing. The fruit, cheese and crackers hit the spot along with the wine. The tour guide was extremely articulate and knew her stuff about all sorts of buildings, bridges, points of interest and miscellaneous historical events. As a teacher, I know no one can sit through all 2 3/4 hours of information, but there was room to go up on deck and have the air in your face. All of the information is well deserving of people's attention but people need their breaks. Even though our group was the liveliest and most talkative (being by the engines), we were only 'shussed' once. I recommend it both as a trip around Manhattan and also as an information gem.

The crew was great fun while still professional. We were there for a bachelorette party and it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

While visiting NYC for the first time in July 06, we crammed as much into a short time as possible. Getting away from the hustle and bustle and high energy of the NYC street scene and setting sail aboard the Schooner Adirondack was the perfect way to spend an afternoon. We got to appreciate the city scape and get up close to the Statue of Liberty - made for awesome portraits! We will do this sail every time we go back. The crew of Captain Peter, Mary Pat & Michael were extremely accommodating, professional and personable. Relax a while and enjoy the wind in your hair and leave the hurriedness to the streets. We went for the sunset cruise, which actually turned out to be raining. Although at first I thought it would be disappointing, it turned out to be beautiful. Seeing the sites through a ting of mist was actually as beautiful as any sunset. Thanks for the memory and great pictures!

We wanted to do something different for my husband's birthday, but we have done other tours of the Hudson/lower Manhattan and they are so gimmicky and touristy so we had our concerns. After reading the reviews for the company and the Andirondack decided to try the America 2.0, their newer and bigger boat. We invited a few friends to join us and we all had a blast. The sailing conditions were perfect. The captain even said that our sail was in the top ten in his sailing career. The views amazing. Such a great way to see the city and Miss Liberty. They serve a few rounds of complimentary beer and soda and have wine and champagne available for purchase. You can bring a picnic with you if you want. The crew took great care of us. I think there were a max of 30 people on the boat on our sail, but to be honest it really didn't seem like there were that many people. You can really have an experience and not feel like you are stuck on a booze cruise or a tourist trap. As a long time New Yorker, I really appreciated that. Next time we are entertaining out of town guests, I will be sure to bring them on board. We could have gone with other companies and we are so happy we decided on Classic Harbor Line - professionalism all the way! Ps- if deciding between the Andirondack and the America go for the America. You will have a good time on both, but our sail went a little further into the harbor because it is a faster boat and can cover more distance in the 2 hours. It's a beautiful boat! Can't wait to go back!
