| Much better way to see the city via the waterways than on a big tourist boat.....It didn't hurt either that the weather COULDN'T have been any more perfect. Take a picnic lunch or dinner along to make it even more fun. | ||||||

| The Adirondack is a nice-looking schooner. The captain and her two mates were friendly and helpful. After motoring out to the center of the Hudson the motor was turned off and we sailed for a little while towards the Statue of Liberty. As we approached the engine was turned on again for the remainder of the journey. All in all we did very little sailing. | ||||||

| Fantastic crew, friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Sailing on the Hudson River lets you see the city skyline evolve slowly as the boat makes its way down the west side of Manhattan to the Statue of Liberty and back. While the motorized boat tours will narrate New York history and anecdotes as it circumnavigates the island, a sailboat tour gives you a peaceful chance to view the sights and let your thoughts wander. As the wind picks up and the boat sails through the waves, you get a sense of the nature that surrounds the built-up island of Manhattan. We took an afternoon tour on a glorious sunny day, with enough wind to keep the boat going. If the wind dies down, the crew will motor until the sails fill again. Our next trip on the Adironadack will be the evening champagne tour. Can't wait! | ||||||

| Wonderful experience- definitely recommended. The yacht was very comfortable, the crew was friendly and inobstrusive, the views were beautiful, loved that no one narrated over a loud speaker or anything... very relaxing and fun. | ||||||

| The boat was not filled to capacity on our trip so we had room to move about. Views are great from inside and wherever you sit. Brunch could be done with more creative and higher quality food choices. As New Yorkers, we did not need/desire narration but this cruise may not be the best choice for those who want information about what their seeing on the tour. | ||||||

| This is the best way to see NYC in just 3 hours. The boat goes all around Manhattan, giving great views of Manhattan, as well as New Jersy, The Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn. It also visits the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in the NYC bay. The boat is very comfortable and not crowded at all. The staff is super friendly and attentive. | ||||||
