| ... Picture a sunset on a crisp October evening, nighttime Manhatten skyline, a rising full Moon, fireworks in the distance - skimming along the water in a QUIET sail boat, captained by an experienced woman captain, listening to Enya on an ipod with no narration to interrupt the peaceful wonder of man-made skyscrapers lit up like New Year's Eve. It was a peaceful, soothing way to end our New York trip and recover from the heartbreak of 'Oleanna'. We were five Canadian women and a baby and it was a glorious postcard moment! | ||||||

| As part of a family reunion, 13 of us went on a 2 hour sail on the adirondack. we ranged in age from 10 to 81. it was a beautiful day and a lovely sail. the captain engaged the children and was very informative and nice. the crew was friendly and attentive as well ask very good at tending the sails. i'd recommend the adirondack to anyone who enjoys a lovely afternoon of sailing on the hudson. | ||||||

| My family and I really enjoyed our 2-hour tour. The Captain was entertaining with his bad jokes and his crew was very attentive. We felt safe and enjoyed our ride. I would recommend it; it was a nice change of pace.Thanks! | ||||||

Lovely Boat but...

| Ths was a sailing schooner, but there was no wind. So there was no sailing. I would rather not have spent $80 each for a sail that did not happen. I could have had the same motor ride on a larger boat meant to motor. The service was great, the guides were great, but it was very disappointing . Even though a beautiful day, very hot in the sun with no wind. I would recommend if there is wind. But they don't tell you if it will be windy or not. | ||||||

| It was so much more than expected, a great way to see NY and be treated so nicely. The food and drinks were so great Love the little NY book as well that helps guide one through all the bridges. | ||||||

| It was a wonderful evening, spent on a beautiful schooner. The wine was generously provided - maybe a bit of bread to soak it up would have helped, but fabulous views over Mahattan, and a jolly atmosphere. Would recommend it to anyone. We were on a break from the UK and had a ball! Thanks a lot. | ||||||

| My boyfriend and I took the City Lights sail for our anniversary and it was a great cruise. We are both NYC residents and were really impressed with how great this was and had a wonderful time. We'll definitely be back on future sails and will refer friends and family. Thanks! | ||||||

| My fiancee and I took her parents on the day sail and this was our second trip. I would recommend any of these. They are a lot of fun and the crew is great. We are definitely looking forward to doing the night cruise the first chance we get. | ||||||
