| Tom is a terrific skipper, as is Cat whom I also sailed with this year. We're second time repeaters---both as a business outing and again with my family. The trip was beautiful and although there had been a terrible accident between plane and 'copter earlier in the day, Tom kept the focus on the sailing not the tragedy. He's a real pro. | This was my 2nd sailboat in the city. The Adirondack is well maintained with a courteous staff. When you live in this amazing city, you tend to take things for granted. It was refreshing to see the Manhattan skyline from the water. You get a better view that is very different from looking at these buildings from the ground. The boat accomodates a small group and it is a nice quiet ride without the tackiness of a tour operator speaking through a bullhorn for 2 hours. This trip is good for tourists as well as locals. As a local, it really makes you appreciate the city you live in more. | ||||||

| space to stand/sit outdoors, restrooms? variety of brunch items, not alerted to need to pay for 2nd drink until i'd ordered it, but pricing was modest, good presentation about bldgs. seen from water, good history of bridges but not a quick overall description of settling of nyc. my husband, a native of nyc and definitely not interested in tourism, enjoyed and learned from the cruise. | ||||||

| My girlfriend and I have been all around New York (mostly enjoying the restaurant/s and bar atmosphere) and when it came time for a special birthday surprise, my friend recommended this sunset sail experience. I thought this would be an awesome surprise to start off her birthday celebration and it totally did! Not only did we both enjoyed the novelty of being able to sail in Manhattan (without your own boat), but the package totally delivered what it said it would...an incredible time of sailing while enjoying the great views of the city at sunset. Who knew that there was so much more to love (and to discover) in NYC! What a great package overall. Definitely worth recommending and doing over again! Best - Steve M. | ||||||

| The crew was nice and friendly. The sail was amazing. Just had a great time! I told my co-worker about it and he went with his wife a couple days later. I definitely want to go back again! | ||||||

| Everything ran smoothly from first to last. The trip boarded and left on time. The moon was as big and orange as a huge cheddar cheese. The drinks were served; the sails were raised and I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this quiet, lovely sail up to Miss Liberty and back. A good time was had by all. | ||||||

| It was my fiance's birthday and I wanted to give him something different this year. The sail was perfect; it's wonderful and exciting to see the city from a different vantage point, especially at twilight when the light is fantastic. I recommend it for New Yorkers and tourists alike! Bring a picnic, relax, and enjoy yourself! And consider a walk on the High Line after the sail. | ||||||

| It is one of the most memorable and fun trips that I have not had for a long time. The captain was warm, informative and very much in control of the boat. I enjoyed the rounds of drinks that were served by your friendly staff. The sunset view on the Hudson Rivera was spectacular. The Manhattan skyline slowly rolled across your eyes as the boat sailed down the Liberty island. Not to forget to mention that the Statue of Liberty was so close and so magnificent that it reminded me what a great country I am in. Thank you very much. I think I am going to take sailing lessons now. | ||||||
