The Fall Foliage Brunch Cruise was delightful. We were lucky to have beautiful weather but in addition, found every aspect of the cruise exceeded our expectations. The Manhattan is a small enough boat that the staff could provide very personal service to everyone.
The food was delicious. A comparable brunch in the city would probably cost $30/person.
I would love to take this excursion again another year. |

This was definitely not your typical tourist boat trip! Lots of good information about both architecture and history. The guide was knowledgeable and very personable. Even though the weather could have been better, it was still an exceptional experience and something I would highly recommend to friends seeking a different way to learn more about New York.
The boat itself is beautiful, decorated like a plush salon, rather than a plastic boat deck. The food and drink provided were a nice touch and definitely enhanced the experience. |

The staff was very knowlegable and eloquent in their explanations. The crew assisted with a wheelchair bound person to make his trip as enjoyable as the others. |

And are interested in architecture (or even if you are not) this tour provides a wonderfully different view of the dazzling and the utilitarian. Our guide was a fountain of information, and it helped that it was a gorgeous day. I plan on a repeat with friends. It is worth it! |

The cruise was delightful, the lecturer was very well informed. We have lived most of our lives in New York, but found out we could learn so much more about the city by going on this cruise. |

The intrique of the boat is what drew us to this particular cruise. Not many people. PIlot gave only brief explanations, which left more quiet, personal time. Length and sights were great. Left on time and returned same. Good value. My only complaint is that literature states that the times of the cruises vary with the time of sunset, which was also a good selling point. However, ours was scheduled after sun had gone down - I noticed it was scheduled to embark earlier both the day before and after.
Highly recommend. |

The captain was friendly and knowledgeable about NY. The crew was acccessible and good servers. Being so close to the water and watching the sunset was quite the experience for my husband (a motor boat person) and me a landlubber from Brooklyn. My only small complaint is that I would have rather had one glass of good wine instead of the pinot blanc I was served. In any case I would definitley recommend this to New Yorkers and my tourist friends alike. |

Our guide was amazing with so much knowledge of NY - he was from the American Institute of Architects NY chapter - a fabulous afternoon cruise that took us through the Hudson, East and Harlem rivers - We were so close to Lady liberty I could almost touch her - We cruised under 17 bridges including the famous Brooklyn Bridge - We saw the World Trade Center being built - Yankee Stadium - before our departure we were given a fantastic map highlighting all the historic site we were going to see on our trip - A fantastic souvneir |

My mother, sister and I enjoyed the AIA tour of Manhattan and surrounding boroughs very much. The boat, crucially, is comfortable and not too large: the slightly inclement weather was no impediment to our comfort, and everyone had a good view. (The boat holds about 25 or 30 people.)
The guide was well-versed in both the architiecture and the history of NYC, and his repartee was engaging without being ether academic or simplistic. I knew a lot going in and I learned a lot more.
I took a lot of photographs and many came out well, so I recommend the tour to photographers specifically. |

Originally we wanted to to do the architectural tour which happened to be booked up. The alternative that we chose was quite special in it's own right. The crew was fantastic. The food was excellent. The route was spectacular.
Commentary was a little on the quiet side not quite rising above the din of the talking passengers. Next time we'll book the architectural tour well in advance. When you come to New York, always, always, always book this tour. Classic Harbor Line shows off Manhattan at it's finest. It is a cruise that you'll never forget. |

Really fabulous cruise! Great food and the narative was great as well. We couldn't hear it very well though because of all the talking. I thought it was a good value. My sister and son enjoyed it as well! |

Every minute was enjoyable, in spite of a grey, misty day. The guide was first rate--knew everything and talked intelligently the whole way, which was just what I wanted. The trip was a birthday gift for my niece, but it was equally a present for me. I never knew the waterways of NY had so much to offer, and I've lived here for over 40 years!! Proof that you rarely visit what's it your own backyard--or in this case, the water surrounding it. |

A guided commentary by one of New Yorks leading architects made this a fascinating and informative tour. The trip was a lovely 3 hour circumnavigation of manhattan island and was entirely enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour. |

We were seated at a table with too many people and a baby, not enough chairs. The brunch was less than memorable and you actually served croissants and bagels without butter available. One toaster and one waffle iron for all aboard..crazy. Just as important you are serving food on plates and in glass cups etc. and because it was a very rough water day and the table surface is lacquered they slid all over on everyone's table in many cases spilling. We were so busy trying to hold things in place that we couldn't take the time to look around. The speakers were not loud enough to hear what the staff was saying. We were very disappointed to say the least. |
