An excellent peaceful sail on Hudson. The view of Manhattan and Jersey city was superb. The taste of beer from local breweries is a new good experience.

My husband and I did the city lights sail for our anniversary. We live here in NY but I have to say that it was one of our most memorable experiences ever. We boarded at 8:30p.m on a wednesday evening. I definetly recommend this time if you want a sail that is more intimate. We found it to be so romantic. There were about 10-15 other passengers on the boat so it wasn't crowded at all. the staff was excellent; offering us drinks, blankets and taking pictures. (P.S. still wear layers, it gets very chilly once you start sailing.) We felt so welcomed. there was no one invading any personal space or giving any cheesy tour guides. It was just calm and blissful. However, if someone did have questions about the sightseeing, the staff was very helpful. I also recommend the earlier sail for families, especially for tourists. I could go on and on about how great my experience was, but it's even better for you to just go and have your own. Have fun!!!

This trip was amazing from start to finish the highlight of our seven days in New York (from Scotland). Cant recommend it enough the crew were really friendly and attentive and when the engines were switched off and we changed to sail mode and cruised past the statue of liberty it so peaceful and romantic. Give it a try you wont regret it.

Had a little trouble finding the pier but it was a great experience all around. Crew was fantastic.

I highly recommend the Sunset Cruise to locals (as well as tourists) as it provides another angle from which to view the greatest City in the world and the one we call home. I took my girlfriend out for our one-year anniversary prior to heading to dinner in Greenwich Village were we reside. I was reluctant at first due to a certain "cheese-factor" involved with tours of these sorts, but unless you're extremely wealthy or well-connected it's rare to have the opportunity to sail around Manhattan - especially in such an intimate setting... Definitely more fun than the typical "booze cruise" although a fine selection of hand-crafted Pork Slap beers in addition to wine and champagne are available. If your goal is to get intoxicated, they'll serve you as much as you want to drink, but primarily the alcohol is provided merely to augment the experience. Go for it - it's worth it!

Did a staycation this summer with typical tourist stuff even though I live in NYC. The crew was friendly, knowledgable and proffessional and everyone on the boat had a relaxing scenic ride. Warning to people with motion sickness: this is a sailboat and can get kind of choppy.

My boyfriend and I had a great time sailing around Manhattan at night! The city lights were beautiful, as was the Statue of Liberty all lit up. Wish we had gone under the Brooklyn Bridge, but I don't think there was time. Friendly staff. Good champagne and beer. All around a very fun, relaxing, romantic time. Remember to dress warmly (the staff was kind enough to offer cozy blankets!).

Wonderful experience! Amazing food and beautiful sunset. Highly recommended for a date or with friends.

If you haven't seen NYC via sailboat, then you have to do it! And if you can do it while eating Morimoto sushi, then it's truly unforgettable!

Even if the boat can fit more than 30 people, we were that number and I didn't enjoy it as much as I could have had because of that. Everywhere you look, you first see people and sometimes you see the landscape ! Great boat, great captain (I didn't talk with him but seems to be very nice and interesting), crew more or less (the kindness doesnt seems spontaneous nor truly). Overall experience : it was nice but could be much nicer !
