What do you do with a drunken sailor? City Lights Sail on Schooner Adirondack or Imagine

We had a nice time, but the event was marred by a drunken passenger. The crew did their best to manage him and his vulgar mouth. However, they did serve him wine to drink. Perhaps that was ill advised, but then again he may have become more enraged and totally unmanageable if the drink were withheld. I do not know what could have been done, short of throwing him overboard, as there appeared to be no "brig" on board. There should be a procedure for making sure that this does not happen in the future. It ruined a lovely evening.

This is a trip worth the price - the crew did a great job. The views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty were amazing.

An enjoyable time was had by all. Good friends, good weather, and good cheer. The cruise is spectacular. Great for typical New Yorkers that have yet to attempt to tour the Statue of Liberty, Ellils Island, etc. My friends and I will come aboard again!

What a great way to see NYC--from this beautifully maintained yacht! We had our 17-yr old daughter with us and she even enjoyed the cruise. We had perfect weather so I am sure that helped all of us enjoy a lovely evening. Great crew. So much better than being on one of those enormous cruise ships out on the harbor. Would not hesitate to take this trip again with other family members.

My grown daughters and I enjoyed our two hour cruise on the Hudson River. We had perfect weather and were well attended to by the staff on the ship. I liked that it wasn't a tour with someone talking at us the entire time, but that we could enjoy each other and other sailors on board with us. If we had questions the staff were quick to answer our questions about NY.

if you do one thing to see manhattan, do this cruise, it is brilliant. The food doesnt stop coming, it is excellent, the service is very good as is the information as you sail. It is the best tour of manhattan I have done

The fireworks were spectacular, as was the crew. It was a magical night for me and my family as we sailed for an hour afterward towards the Statue of Liberty and back. If you like New York as we do, it's a breathtaking experience all around.

The crew was great. Very friendly. I am not very young and for me the sitting area was unconfortable. Other than that, the ride was good and I enjoyed it. For people that usually gets sea sick I would recommed taking a pill before going on board. I started feeling nauseous at the end of the ride.

We spent a perfect evening with friends under sail on the Adirondack in the Hudson harbor. Captain and crew were friendly and attentive - the view of Manhattan and Lady Liberty is incredible! The schooner is beautiful under sail. The cost is very reasonable for the experience. Only glitch was finding our way to the boarding site. The Chelsea Piers are huge. We are already planning another cruise in September.

This was a delightful way to take a relaxing sailboat ride around NY harbor and see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. If I had to criticize at all it would be that since we were sitting in the front of the boat, we didn't hear anything that the captain was saying about what things were. They should use a microphone or something so that everyone can actually get a tour and not just a ride on a sailboat. The crew was very accomodating and pleasant.
