| Brought a friend from Boston who often gets to sail up there and completely enjoyed the trip! The staff was great and the trip itself beautiful. A little dissapointed we didn't get up to the east side of Manhattan at all, was looking forward to a close up of the Brooklyn Bridge from the water, but I think there was a time constraint as we left the dock late to start. At any rate, it was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon in NYC and will recommend to all my friends. | ||||||

| We had a wonderful time. Awesome weather. The boat is lovely. Our crew was really friendly. And of course the NY Skyline provides the perfect backdrop. We're so glad we went. | ||||||

| The view in itself was astonishing. However - the food was mediocre, if even. The staff clearly did not want to be on the boat, granted it is a Sunday morning. | ||||||

| Great night- beautiful boat. Felt like I was on a private charter. Next time I will bring some cheese and crackers to go with the champagne. Perfect length of time (especially with children). My children were blown away by the whole experience, the boat ride, the Statue of Liberty, everything. We will be making this a summer tradition. | ||||||

| Sailing around NYC was a great experience. The crew was great and the sail boat was clean - two items I believe are important They offered drinks which was unexpected but certainly cured my thirst. I highly recommend it. | ||||||

| If you are a sailor, or if you are interested in sailing, you should definitely come sailing with the Schooner Adirondack, because as soon as the ship leaves the harbour the sails are being raised and off you go to the Statute of Liberty and you do get some nice sailing! And if it rains, you get to come back for free! The crew is very nice and friendly and they do some excellent work sailing this beatiful ship. Actually, Schooner might be a Dutch word, because if you translate it to Dutch, you would say Schoener. | ||||||

| This was a surprise birthday excursion with a friend and we had a blast. The cruise wasn't fully booked so there was room on the schooner to spread out. The crew was capable and friendly. They made sure we had whatever we wanted to drink. Captain Kat was a delight from the moment she greeted us with her enthusiastic invitation "Let's go sailing!" The schooner was beautiful. It was so cool having conventional tour boats pass us and see lots of their passengers taking photos of us. We motored north to the George Washington Bridge, then caught enough wind to actually sail the rest of the journey. Watching the crew and captain handle the sails was fascinating. There were a few moments when we dipped way to one side and the passengers had to hang on. That made the trip exciting. The boxed lunch was tasty: a good-sized turkey wrap with cranberry-mayo dressing, couscous with raisins and a slice of pie (pumpkin or apple). Folks also seemed to enjoy the warm cider, although I didn't have any of that. Points of interest we saw included Seaman's Memorial, Grant's Tomb and the Pallisades. Sailing under the GW Bridge was also a treat. I wish there was a way to link photos to this review. | ||||||

| My wife and 8yr old son recently took the night boat and had a great time. The boat is very nice and comfortable. It's not too big but has a nice ride and big windows so you can see everything without braving the elements. If you like the elements, all you have to do is open a window or take a short walk to the bow. The staff was proficient and friendly and I was pleased that they did not gouge me for drinks on the boat. | ||||||
