This was relaxing and pleasant, the boat isn't huge but doesn't feel crowded, and you get to actually feel the waves and wind! Sure it doesn't go around the whole island, but you get to see the interesting parts anyway. The only thing I would change would be the weather, more wind! But we all know that's not up to us to decide

The staff -- lead by Capt. Julian -- was professional and fun. And if drinking is your goal, they don't disappoint. But it is a ship, so don't overdo it!

My girlfriend and I had a great time on the Sunset Sail. The boat provided an intimate setting for the two of us, but provided the opportunity to socialize with the rest of the attendees. The crew was enthusiastic and helpful. Catain Julian, Ian, and Stew made us feel welcome (the couple glasses of wine didn't hurt either). Overall, a great experience and we're looking forward to bringing some friends along next time.

It was great being on a sail boat as opposed to an enclosed vessel. I have a tendency to get motion sickness, but did not get sick at all on this short cruise because of the fresh air. It was a beautiful summer evening. The sunset cruise was the perfect length of time and the Captain and crew were very fun and informative. I would highly recommend a sunset cruise on the Andirondack, when the boat slightly tips because of the wind in the sails, it makes the cruise exciting, fun and intimate!!

i brought my boyfriend on this sail for his birthday it was wonderful. the ride was so great it was so romantic except for the beer and the rocking of the boat because of the wind, one of the time i thought that the boat was gonna tip over but over all it was great very good the crew was gracious and kind always offering a helping hand. i think that anyone who wants to have a good time which is also romantic should try this sail.

My parents were visiting the city for the first time, and I wanted to surprise them with a unique activity that wasn't overly "touristy," but would still let them see the sights. This trip was the perfect combination!! We had excellent sailing weather, and the crew was spectacular (very friendly and knowledgeable). The other guests were great as well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. We purchased the champagne - which was delicious and very reasonably priced!! I would definitely recommend it! Hope to be back out in a couple of weeks with friends!

We loved the brunch cruise, which we booked for my husband's 37th birthday. The boat is beautiful and comfortable, the staff courteous and friendly, and the food top quality. It's a wonderful way to spend a morning on the water and enjoy fantastic views of the city.

We live in the NYC area. Whenever anyone comes to visit, we take them on this brunch cruise. Visitors always comment that the boat trip was their favorite NYC activity. The crew is also great with kids and the food is always good. It is great value and a must do!

The crew is very nice and the atmosphere of the boat was great. It's an experience that gives you more energy by the end rather than draining you. Just make sure you wear warm clothes or bring a blanket (even though they provide them if you like). I definitely recommend this for a date or for family.

This is a great activity for the family to celebrate any type of special occasion. I'm only giving a Recommended rate because I think they should accommodate a little better the start time of the activity in summer (7:30 instead of 7:00) to allow a better view of the city after sunset. Captain and crew make a great job ensuring that all aboard are comfortable and enjoy the trip.
