| a big shout out to all that can hear me !! i have just spent a glourious 2 hours watching the setting sky change the colors of the ny skyline and that of our neighbors. in changing your perspective to view our lives from the water with wind in your ears could possibilly make you fall in love with ny all over again. (or each other) it was my birthday and i needed space to "reflect" and that it did. a boat full of happy straingers glad to engage or leave you to your thoughts. the same goes for the smiling, capible mates who not only tended to the need of the sail but to every ones easy going enjoyment as well. offering a glass or two and checking in on your comfort and safety made this safisticated afternoon all the more pleasurable. i have told some one (any one) about this every day since i'm going again next week. | ||||||

| We had such a blast! The crew was so friendly and so incredibly nice--we're planning our goodbye to New York on the Adirondack! it's a perfect way to see the city for tourists, but also an amaizng way to pay tribute to a city that we love and know like the backs of our hands. Thank you! | ||||||

| My girlfriends and I took this two-hour ride at 8:30pm. We enjoyed the fresh air, great views and break from the city. The crew was very welcoming and attentive! We had a blast and would recommend it to others! | ||||||

| The sail was great. It was a 'civilised' way to get out on the water in New York and such a treat to have the time to sit back in a fantastic sail boat and quietly make our way round the sights. No great engines, fumes or noisy tourists; simply couples each sitting back and taking in the sights whilst the crew chatted when required, made light hearted jokes, served wine and generally made us feel at home. With the sun setting over New York and nothing but a good breeze - what more perfect way to spend an evening? | ||||||

| Crew was competent, friendly, and attentive (quickly handed out slickers when rain came). Adirondack schooner (1 one of 2) is in very good condition and clean. This was a cruise to help celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and she LOVED it. We'll be back for more. | ||||||

| I took my boyfriend for his birthday. We had a great time. We met some really nice people on the boat. The staff was outstanding and the ride was perfect. We lucked out with fantastic weather and it was a great time of night to sail. Definitely recommend the Sunset cruise! | ||||||

| First. Absolutely beautiful views and awesome sailboat! Staff were excellent, very friendly, informative and sincere. I definitely recommend this trip and will take more NYC visitors but had one complaint. I went on the sunset sail which started late. We motored out which took a little of the thrill away, it decreased my time for photography (which was 1/2 the reason i went), and the sun set immediately. It would be nice for the sun to set on the financial district where the buildings reflet the light. (i know, people will complain about anything right? actually i usually dont so please take this as a sincere recommendation. I enjoyed it but maybe next time i will take a day tour. Once the sun goes down the scenic photos stop. (cant hold a camera still on a sail boat) I also wish we entered the East River for views of the Bridges and the port. Not sure if its possible but i would recommend it! Anyway, heres my feedback. | ||||||

| My wife and I, and another couple, took the sunset cruise the first weekend this October. It was awesome! I highly recommend the sunset cruise because you get to view the city skyline in both daylight and darkness. The light reflecting off of the buildings was quite impressive. The boat was clean and the crew was friendly and quick to serve up the beers. On our particular cruise, there were only approximately 12-15 passengers on board. While I don't know whether this is typical or not, it made the trip especially nice because you didn't feel like you were on a cattle cruise. | ||||||

| I am a local resident of NYC and decided to surprise my visiting boyfriend with the 2-hour afternoon sail on the Adirondack. I was a little worried that the boat would be too crowded with other people, but everything turned out perfectly. We could walk around and sit in different places to change our view and sit in the sun. The crew was very friendly and accomodating. The weather was perfect. The afternoon sail was a great way to get away from the city but still appreciate the beautiful skyline and great views. I don't know who was more surprised--me or my boyfriend. Either way, we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I would recommend this activity to any and everyone! | ||||||

| Our group (of 28 to 38 year-olds) took the 1 PM sail (which was not crowded and very pleasant.) The captain & 2 crew members were very friendly & courteous. I highly recommend booking this company if you want a casual sail boat cruise on the Hudson. | ||||||
