Classic Harbor Line

We had a wonderful day on board. The weather was great which is half the battle and the crew was perfect. We couldn't ask for a better time. We will definitely do this again and will invite friends to join us. Elleri and Michael Melnick

The lecturer was so informative and and a pleasure to listen to. The crew was very helpful and although one cannot order the weather we had a beautiful, clear day, which made it even more interesting.

My husband and I lived in NYC while we were first married. Now that we appreciate the "finer" things in life, we learned so much about the city while enjoying the breath- taking views along the way. The AIA guide was a pleasant and knowledgeable man, well understood, easy to hear, and welcomed questioins.The appetizers and beverages were enjoyed by all.

The cruise was far better than we could have expected. The boat was beautiful and suited the purpose perfectly. The crew and lunch were excellent. Our guide was extremely interesting for both of us, my wife has an interest in architecture while I do not. I think it is an extremely good way to get an overall view of New York as well as picking up the history and the architectural development. Despite reviews we read before going the sound was perfect both inside and out. We absolutely recommend the cruise to everyone. Great value for money as well.

The guide, I believe his last name was Platt, was enthusiastic & knowledgeable. The boat was very comfortable, and the snacks were generous & of high quality. Circling Manhattan was a great way to learn about the area as well as the architecture

My wife Merilee and I entertained a couple from Texas we have known and visited with for years. I happened on a very short mention of the tour in NY Magazine, and we gave it a whirl. The unanimous conclusion was five stars. The boat is clean, comfortable, well run, and not too big. The crew are courteous and helpful. The architect/docent/lecturer is amazing: a nonstop rapid fire tour de force that taught both our friends and us [we have been in and around NYC all of our adult lives] a great deal, chock full of fun facts as well as serious architecture. Can't say enough good things about him. A small but final plus is the wonderful map, an economical but inclusive store of information about the many buildings, features, and neighborhoods on the tour. Thanks for a great program.

Admitted that we already had a good time as a group before, this trip still managed to give us an even bigger smile on our face! The moment when the engines are turned off is awesomme.

This is my 4th sailing trip with NY Harbor Line trips and it (as usual) was magical. My boyfriend and I loved it. I will do this again next time I am in the city and I recommend it to all water lovers looking for a relaxing New York escape.

The views of the city are phenomenal. The crew is knowledgable and friendly and the boat is beautiful. Would recommend to locals and tourists alike.

very good tour!!!

The trip was great. Nice mixture of people, not too crowded and the crew was friendly and great. I'm not sure why I haven't done this type of activity before! It was a perfect "get away from the crowds of the city" kind of day, the crew handled the boat expertly and professionally and enabled us to enjoy the ride and the scenery. Really, very nice trip!

The vessel was just the right size, not too big and crowded, and offered both air-conditioned indoor seating as well as breezy dockside seating. The narrator amazed us with wealth of information and his easy going nature. Some of our friends thought it was a little boring, but there is a full bar for those!
