| I took my sister, her 5 yr. old son and her girlfriend out on Sunday afternoon. The captain was charming, very knowledgeable and self-assured, and the crew was great. Everyone was so friendly - it was so fun and so relaxing. We would do it again in a heartbeat. The boat is beautiful!!!!!! A great experience that I would be thrilled to do again and would highly recommend to ANYONE!!!!!!!!! Thank you. | ||||||

| The boat was smaller than I anticipated (making us feel more waves & wakes than initially expected). The food was very good and so was the service. No before you go: There is no need to bring ID or be 30 minutes early (cuz you will end up carrying extra stuff you don't need and will be waiting on the dock of the bay with hunger pains). Additionally, don't be shy about eating because if you don't grab food quickly, there is a chance that you will be missing out on some tasty vittles. The captain was very entertaining, allowing passengers to sail the yacht and regaled us all with facts and stories relating to the views we saw along the circumnavigation of Manhattan. | ||||||

| My boyfriend & I had a great time on the brunch cruise the other day. The ship was very nice, not too crowded. There are no bad seats since it only holds a small number of people. The staff was great. The food was excellent. Some of the stuff went fast, so if you're out on the deck, you might miss out on something. But there always seemed to be another "course" coming out anyway. We missed out on some stuff, but definitely had enough to eat by the end of the cruise! We're both locals but had such a good time seeing the sights & cruising around the Hudson that we're already thinking about a return trip during a different season or type of cruise. I'm also anxious to bring back my out-of-town family, too. This seems to be one of those great best kept secrets-type of thing, so keep this on the down low! | ||||||

| Highly reccommended. Great service, and the fact that drinks were included (courtesy of 1-2, I believe is reasonable to say one should have). Other than the gratuity speech, which I had been warned about, from previous reviews, they should do away with it, and just include it in the price. Kinda awkward if you are on a couples date, which I was on. Nice to be able to bring your own picnic, too of which I had forgotten to bring along. But it's allowed, so I would suggest it (food, snacks...). Thanks for reading. | ||||||

| We've lived in New York for 15 years, and while we've hopped onto the Staten Island Ferry and the water taxi, we've never been on a schooner. Our experience on the Adirondack was sublime! So much so that our only complaint was that it wasn't a longer trip--we could have spent the whole day sailing around! The Captain and Crew were really lovely, and fortunately the weather cooperated. Afterwards, we promenaded around the high line park and meandered through Chelsea. A perfect summer night in the city. | ||||||

| The first time my husband and I sailed with Adirondack Schooners, we went on the Sunset Sail and this time we took family on the day sail. They loved it!!! And of course, so did we and now we're trying think of the next excuse to go sailing. Thanks to the captain and crew for two great memories. Looking forward to more! | ||||||

| When I decided to take a group of graduated high school students to NYC for three days, I knew there would be tons to do, and that we had a short window of opportunity. I came across the advertisement for this attraction, and knew instantly this would be the experience these students would all remember for their lifetime. None of the 9 students I had with me had ever been on a sailboat, let alone travelled to NYC. Sailing through the harbor put the city in a new perspective for them, and renewed their adventure as we sailed past the Statue of Liberty. The crew of the Adirondack were super friendly, generous in their time, and helped to amke the trip very relaxing for those "first-timers" aboard the ship. The Captain went abov and beyond making everyone feel welcome, and making sure everyone was safe as we sailed the harbor. This is a must see attraction for who visit NYC, and for those who live there! | ||||||

| I booked the day-time sail on the schooner with my boyfriend and his relatives that were visiting from England. It was the first time that any of us in the group had been out on a sail boat. I can say with certainty that this was one of the best experiences that I any of us have had in a very long time!! The crew was excellent and super friendly! They offered 3 rounds of beer, soda or water, which was a very nice accomodation. Over all we just had a fantastic time and created a memory that will certainly last forever! | ||||||

| I would describe the boat ride as fun! The captain and her two helpers were so pleasant, always making sure everyone was comfortable and informed about the river and the boat. It was a very relaxed atmosphere as well. If you are interested, definitely take a look at the website! | ||||||
