We recommend this cruise without reservation. The crew was extremely cooperative, the food was excellent, the sights were fantastic. Everyone in our group was most enthusiastic in their praise. |

The champagne cruise around lower manhattan was awesome! My sister and her friend, visiting from Denver, went on the cruise with me and my boyfriend, a NYC native. All of us loved the beautiful interior of the boat, the friendly knowledgable crew and the reasonably priced booze! :) Thank you! |

This trip was a gift from our son. We invited friends, total six people. Only 20 people on boat and everything was perfect. Food was special.. Weather was rough, but boat was fine and we did not even know how windy it was until we stepped out side . interesting sights. One point, we were under the impression from print out that beer, wine, and other bloddy marys were included not just one free drink. Thjis was a problem since we were treating our friends who did not let us cover drinks. Try to make that clear when promoting event.. We had a great time. rwas |

It was a freezing windy day, and the enclosed yacht couldn't have been nicer. The food was average yet plentiful and the crew was very, very attentive and helpful. Roomy cabin area plus a nice deck to go out on if it's not a cold day. I would recommend this trip! |

My girlfriend and I did the cruise on New Year's Day, so it was pretty cold, but the main cabin was fairly warm and there was plenty of hot cocoa, coffee and tea to go around.
The tour information was a little hard to hear over the speakers at times and it was a bit crowded, so it could have been somewhat better. However the great food and amazing views more than made up for it. From bagels to quiche to a honey ham, they had it all. But of course, the views were the reason we went, and the cruise didn't disappoint. The views of the financial district, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and the Brooklyn Bridge just can't be beat. |

It was a fantastic idea to take my wife & two children on the new years day brunch cruise. It was a cold morning but once on board the Yacht Manhattan it was very comfortable. The crew were very friendly. It was a great way to see Manhattan. The captain provided us with all, with the information of the sites we were passing. The views from the Hudson and East Rivers were something special. The windows were water marked, but what do you expect ! So with this I went outside, and took some fantastic pictures. To cap it off, the never ending supply of quality food and warm beverages ware just tremendous. They had a waffle machine to make your own. Which I thought was fun. But clearly some guests were party poopers! They may have thought it held up the queue, just move around the one person making the waffle! Sight seeing with young children can be very testing, but not this way. I strongly recommend using this sailing company. I even received concessions on the price of the children's tickets. If we return from England to revisit NYC in the future we will most certainly go on another cruise with these guys. Thank you very much for a great time. |

My husband and I went on New Years Day. The boat was heated. We met a nice family and chatted most of the way. Food was good and alot of it. When the captain gave the "okay" everyone headed for the food it was terrible, at the 2nd and 3rd round people were not so "greedy". I didnt like the idea of guests making their own Belgian waffle, It held up the line. they should omit the waffles. also, guests should not be allowed to sit next to the food, that was kind of gross, there were two seats next to the buffet table. Also, they ran out of croissants and I had to have a roll. otherwise, it was a nice smooth ride and we got nice pics of the GWB and Statue of Liberty.
the boat should be kept to less than 50 people to be enjoyable otherwise its "fight for your seat" |

I took the New Years Day brunch.
The ticket said we should arrive 40 minutes before departure. They didn't let us on the boat until departure time. Waiting in the hallways of Chelsea Pier was almost unbearable because it was so cold.
But once we got on the boat the indoor area was heated so it was very comfortable.
The boat is smaller then I expected but it was bigger then you thought when you got on.
We had a full boat trip. That was about 30 people. With everyone indoors due to the cold weather, we had to sit hip to hip in the indoor heated area.
The brunch was tasty. The buffet area was very small. So the food came out in 4 stages.
The views from the boat where good because we had a clear day. The windows were somewhat dirty, so that impaired the view a little. I saw them clean the windows at the start of the trip so I guess the river water dirtied them the windows again as we traveled.
Most people did not complain of sea sickness. But my grandmother started to get seasick after the boat turned while she was in the restroom. |

Staff was very upbeat and accomodating to everybody onboard although I'm sure they've done this cruise 100 times. My daughter had a great time and it was wonderful to be able to go from the warmth of the cabin to the brisk on-deck breeze and really get a taste of NYC in the wintertime.
The sights were beautiful and having a crisp, clear night certainly helped. |

A group of 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea cruise around Manhattan on the Yacht Manhattan. It really wasn't about the food. It was about getting a view of New York that none of us had ever seen before - and we all live here! The cruise was a leisurely 2 hours, which turned out to be the perfect length. The staff was very courteous and we saw a spectacular sunset as we cruised down the West Side of Manhattan. I highly recommend any of SailNYC's excursions on the Manhattan or the Adirondack. |

We had purchased this as a Christmas present for my husband's visiting family from out of town. Unfortunately, the weather on the day we went on the cruise was extremely foggy and nothing of the city could be seen. We still enjoyed the beautiful boat and the food and drink were delicious. We will try it again and keep our fingers crossed for a better day. |

I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. The views were great and the crowd fun; however I don't recommend their cocoa. It was bland and did not even taste like cocoa. If I were you, I'd bring your own brand and ask for a cup of hot water.... |
