Good fun with out of town guests

| I live here in Manhattan and had taken the tour a few summers ago with some other local friends and had a great time on the water. Thought it would be fun for out of town friends to do as they are in town for labor day wknd. Good times, with Capt Cat, Patrick and i forget the other co-captains name. All were nice and pleasant. Chatty and friendly. Will def come back with friends in the future! Thanks | ||||||

| It would have been good if the captain had given some tourist details about what we were seeing. The staff was very nice, boat beautiful and we had labored over which boat to take and were totally happy with our decision. | ||||||

| We could have been clinging to a life raft - the conditions, weather, moonlight, cloud cover, the 9-11 memorial lights - all perfect - but the crew and beverage supply, and other pasengers - added to the evenings success. | ||||||

| A group of us too the sunset sail on Schooner Imagine last weekend as a kick-off to our friend's bachelorrette party and we had an awesome time. Julian and crew were extremely accommodating and we felt very well taken care of. The boat ride itself was an amazing experience, it was great to see he city from the water and see the Statue of Liberty so up-close and beautifully lit as the sun went down. We brought our own little picnic as an addition to the beverages served on the sailboat and I don't think there was anything missing from our experience. I would definitely recommend this for locals and tourists! | ||||||

| This was a really neat thing to do--I was with a small group of friends for a bachelorette party. We are all local to NYC, but had never done a tour like this. It it was a beautiful night & very scenic, just the right length (2 hours). The captain and other crew aboard were all wonderful--from explaining the boat, to serving drinks, etc.-everyone was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this. | ||||||

| The Adirondack was one of the highlights of our trip to New York. The captain of the boat was very informative but not so much that it sounded as if she were just reciting something. It also helped that the sun came out just as we were getting to the Statue of Liberty. I would recommend this trip to everyone. | ||||||

| What a fantastic way to spend an evening. At first our group was iffy on the price - but it was so worth it! Stop by one of the fantastic shops at the Chelsea Pier for a bite that you can bring on board - we did a little picnic once we were out on the open waters. The crew were fantastic; pleasant and knowledgeable, service for drinks was great, and yet they made themselves blend in too. The sail was perfect, but if you go in the evening, be sure to bring a sweater, even though the day was hot. Would definitely take out of town friends again! | ||||||

| A sailing trip provides the seldom opportunity to escape noisy Manhattan. You have the chance to see the Statue of Liberty from close proximity. The crew even serves drinks. One advice: choose a weekday for your trip, there are not as many other people sailing with you. We were only about 10 and the boat was not crowded at all. | ||||||

| 1. The crew of the boat did an incredible job of taking care of us. Andrew, Patrick, and Michael made the trip a very worthwhile experience. Especially Andrew and Michael who made sure our glasses were never empty! They were very attentive to our group. 2. The sailing was far more than I had anticipated. I was so pleased that Andrew spent so much time around the statue. I had thought that we would merely just circle the statue once and head back. The boat was navigated so that each side had an opportunity to view the statue. The views from your boat were wonderful. 3. This trip exceeded all my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful trip. | ||||||

| Having absolutely no expectations we booked this 2 hour sailing cruise around NYC harbor. Our entire group, coming from very different walks of life with very different sets of interest were all thrilled and had the best time. The schooner was clean, the crew was a lot of fun and the trip itself quite enjoyable. We would all agree to do this again and will definitely recommend it to all of our friends. | ||||||

| I really liked the informal feel of this wine tasting. Basically you could sit on comfy benches, go out on the deck to check out the city, and be interrupted only by the host pouring more wine and bringing out appetizers that were not only tasty, but matched the wines. It was also great to see the city from such interesting views. My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves and I would do this again with other out of town guests. Oh- and the chef even made me some veggie treats as there were a number of appetizers that had meat in them. I didn't even ask - they just brought them out after I refused a couple of the meaty treats. | ||||||
