Classic Harbor Line

My gf and i had a total blast!!! It was so romantic and relaxing to be on the water. We highly recommend it to everyone. We're planning on doing it again soon...most likely the moonlight one next. Can't wait!!!

This tour is a must do in New York. The staff is great, the views are amazing, and it is definitely worth the time. It doesn't get better than cruising down the Hudson from Chelsea Piers only under the power of the wind. it starts out under power of the motor to get away from the piers, but as soon as you are in open water, they drop the sails and you head south toward the Statue of Liberty and Eilis Island. Once they have the sails trimmed, the crew comes around and asks what type of drink you would like and then it is a relaxing two hours. You get to see Manhattan and its wonderful skyline from the water, you get up close to the Statue of Liberty and Eilis Island, and you get a cool and relaxing couple of hours on the water. The price is not bad either. Take the time and enjoy the Schooner Tour while you are in New York City.

From the moment we stepped on board the boat, our fun began. We were immediately offered a wide range of refreshments and nothing was too much trouble for the guys on board. They all had a good sense of humour and were also very informative about the sights. not loving the vessel when next to schooner but when the waves were rough i appreciated being inside and not rocking as much.

I would like to take this opportunity to let people know that this is a wonderful cruise that every couple and family must take. It is beautiful to see the city at night. Moreover it is not packed with people. The yacht is well maintained, clean and the atmosphere is wonderful. The crew memebers are very friendly and I must emphasize that the complimentary wine that they served was fantastic. The yacht is very homely with cushions and pillows. It was a wonderful experience for my family and I will definitely take more cruises.

Great alternative to the Circle Line tour. Way more intimate. Good for locals. Beautiful sunset. Not all days are windy enough to sail, but we got lucky. Wish we'd known in advance that you can bring your own food to picnic--a bunch of people were doing that and it looked like fun. I was jealous of their deviled eggs.

We had a perfect day for sailing, a little windy and very sunny. There were a lot of other boats on the water, including cruise ships, but we successfully navigated around them and right past the Statue of Liberty. I loved that there was no cheesey music and no lame talking from the crew. It was very relaxing and fun! The ad said beer and wine but it was only beer.

This is the third time my family and friends have sailed on the Schooner Adirondack and I can't recommend it enough. My aunt (native New Yorker) turned us onto this hidden gem and we can't get enough of it. It is a wonderful way for tourists to get a different perspective of the city. The crew is wonderful, always answering questions and generally seeming interested in chatting with guests. It is a cheap, fun excursion, I would suggest it to anyone visiting the city!

We had a wonderful time aboard Imagine. The crew were knowledgeable and very accommodating. While there weren't lots of other families aboard, we found it to be a wonderful outing for our family of four.

I invite my best friend for this trip and we both loved it. It was the perfect way to say goodbye to each other prior to his departure to Irak. Wine, cheese, crackers, the river, the moon, and a good talk. The perfect formula to connect with the heart.
