The boat was fabulous, the crew professional, friendly, it was an great experience for my family and myself. The flowers on each tables were a very nice touch, real silverware, plates and glass, and no plastic cups made you feel appreciated and welcome. The food, was really nice too. Absolutely no thing bad to say. I recommend it. My mother coming from France really enjoy every minutes of the trip. Thank you!

The fireworks were spectacular, as was the crew. It was a magical night for me and my family as we sailed for an hour afterward towards the Statue of Liberty and back. If you like New York as we do, it's a breathtaking experience all around.

although we realize we really lucked out as there were only six passengers and one captain and two crew members that day it was a fabulous experience that we will do again and again. not having to compete with a crowd made the experience feel like we chartered a private sailboat for the two hours. the captain and crew were enthusiastic and considerate. we were grateful for the beverages (would love if wine could have been part of the choice though) . we appreciated their knowledge for the area/buildings, etc. (my husband works in nyc/nbc) so he was more familiar with the territory than me. the crew did their job and took great pride in their jobs. although i'm sure we won't have that kind of luck again (so few passengers) we look forward to sailing again and again and again. it truly was a fantastic experience for both of us. (it was a gift certificate from a friend to acknowledge my 50th birthday and our 26th wedding anniversary). our kind of gift!! can't wait to sail again. thank you. sincerely, jeanne and rick fox

I did a lot in my week in New York City. If I hAd a chance to repeat the activities, this would be at the top of the list. The commentator spoke non stop (but conversation with people was possible), identifying buildings and the architects, speaking about each of the bridges we went under, activities of the city in establishing parks, and more. Visibility from any of the seats is not an issue.It was a great trip!

The crew was friendly and skilled. A peaceful sail, a lovely evening.

My ten year old son is interested in architecture and asked for a trip to NY City for last Christmas. So, I travelled there with my mother and my two boys (ages 10 & 15) and we booked this architectural boat tour. I'm certain that when people saw us boarding with kids they were nervous, but this tour kept the entire family riveted! My son even spent quite a bit of time asking the guides questions! The two tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and interesting. I know very little about architecture, but it was still an excellent experience! I would highly recommend if you have even a tiny bit of interest. The boat was beautiful as well and there was beverage and snack service the entire boat ride. It was a little rainy at the beginning and we were nervous about the tour being ruined, but the windows in the boat are panoramic and you could really see most everything without having to be outside. As it turned out, the clouds cleared and the weather turned perfect. A lovely day, I would highly recommend!

This event was fabulous there isn't one thing to complain about, the food and drinks were excellent and there was a variety of foods to choose from though out the entire trip which was great. The scenery and environment was great. This is a trip I must take in the summer.

Living in the city for 10 plus years you really have to seek out the quiet moments that make you fall in love with the city all over again. This is a great way to see the city and it's beautiful sights....plus for $50 bucks a person you can;' beat that for a night out ;)

We went on the wine tasting cruise to celebrate my 30th birthday. We had the most fantastic time. The boat was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the other guests were fun, the view was spectacular, and the wine and cheese was delicious. The day was perfect! We look forward to taking another cruise soon.

This is by far the best value in NYC. Two hours of open sail around some of the most historic and stunning parts of the world, with open bar, for $40! Unbelievable.

I really enjoyed my recent trip on the Adironack. I thought it would be a great date trip, and I was totally right. The weather could have been better, but the crew more than made up for the overcast skies. We were able to sail for much of the trip (about 2 hours), and Peter the Captain was extremely friendly and a serious sailor--there was no cheezy cruiseship icebreakers or other stuff I was worried might happen but thankfully didn't! The rest of the crew was extremely professional and we have a few wonderful rounds of drinks while sailing by the Statue of Liberty and taking in the beauty of Manhattan and its sites. It was well worth the $50 per person and I would do this again without hesitation.

The boat is beautiful and the views fantastic. We were lucky, and the boat had very few passengers so we had plenty of room to move around. A fun trip!

I cannot think of a more wonderful way to see NYC in a "different light". The ship was just the rigt size - with just the right amount pf people...quite and peaceful...The view of the Statue of Liberty took my breath away... The crew was terrific and made you feel right at home..champagne and all! I was with my cousin and we worried we would cramp the romantic time of couples ....but there were several families .. not just couples on our cruise. I highly recommend it!

I spotted this on Trip Advisor and am super glad my wife and I went out on the Adirondack. Definitely a perfect part of a weekend trip. Very relaxing, a great perspective on the city. The crew was awesome.
