Classic Harbor Line

The weather was absolutely beautiful, not a cloud in the sky, which was pretty remarkable that Hurricane Hannah swept through the city late afternoon and early evening the day prior. My husband and I, along with my sister and your husband, were very impressed from the time we stepped on the boat.. The crew was very courteous. The food was served in three courses and all was delicious! Our captain narrated the entire cruise and was happy to answer any questions along the route. It was an exceptional value for money! I would recommend this boat and crew to all my friends!! A job well done goes out to the Manhattan and crew!!!!!!

I really enjoyed the sunset sail. It was nice to get out of the crazy city for awhile and look at it from afar. Very relaxing. Reasonably priced activity. I hope to go again soon! Bring food!

the captain spent the last half hour sailing in a circle by the dock because he didn't time the event well. It was not a super-big deal as we all enjoyed the sail, but it would have been better to have just sailed a bit further before heading back to Chelsea Piers. I have come on this sail annually for several years now, and other captains have made these adjustments in the past. Highly recommend the excursion though. Thanks.

I took my office for a well-deserved afternoon outing on the "Champagne & Waterfalls" cruise. The trip could not have been more fun or successful! Everyone had an absolute blast.

The cruise was great. 90 mins is the perfect length of time to see plenty of lower Manhattan, over to the Statue of Liberty, under several bridges and other harbor sights. Kids and adults had a great time. No time to get bored as there is lots to see. Crew was pleasant and the treat of a beverage was a plus. We were able to bring our own snacks with us, so everyone was happy. I think it was $40 well spent for the time and the experience. The boat size is nice. Not a crowd like the Circle Line and not too long a trip. We were able to fit it in with lots of others activities to do and see in NYC for a day.

ride was run, interesting and relaxing. would recomend to families with school age children for the daytime sails and for couples-"dates" for the sunset or evening sails

Boat staff were terrrifc, warm and friendly and always helpful. More information abuot the non-waterfall sights might have added. The waterfalls themselves are not so interesting.

My department went on a Thursday afternoon and really had a great day! It was a very relaxing trip and a nice break from the office. The waterfalls are much nicer at night when they are lit up but nonetheless the day was very enjoyable! There was a very diverse mix of people... kids from 4 years old to people in their 60's and everything in between. There were tourists as well as locals. I overheard tourists say it was a wonderful way to see the city. I found it a nice way to spend time with my co-workers outside the office but without doing the traditional luncheon or bar-scene. We all had a fantastic day! I would definitely recommend it!

WE had a great time and would like to do it again this time at sunset. It was beautiful and fortunately for us, the time change due to a technical engine problem on one of the boats was not an inconvenience. The crew was professional and congenial. Well done!

Great experience. The boat was lovely. The staff was very cordial and professional. A delightful way to see Manhatten from the water.

Went for a sail with my mom and boyfriend. The crew was very friendly and enthusiastic, and served us complimentary wine which adds to the relaxed mood. The weather was perfect, and the views--probably the best in Manhattan. This is my second time on the boat, and I'd go again!

Loved the cruise itself & would enjoy doing it again. A great experience, even for us NYC natives. Sat outside on deck for entire cruise. Time of day was perfect, weather was perfect. Beautiful sunset on the water. Beautiful views of the two rivers & Statue of Liberty. The excuse for taking the cruise was to see the Waterfalls which turned out to be only mildly interesting.

The weather was great. The crew and skipper were friendly, efficient and professional. There was enough wind to raise sails and shut off the motor. On the negative side, there should be about six less customers aboard. This would allow for a bit more elbow room and for the crew to easily manouver while performing their duties so as not to need a customer to move out of the path. A perfect way to spend the summer evening on a beautiful ship enjoying the amazing views and sunset! I would highly recommend this trip, not your average touristy ship but something really special!
