| The weather was great. The crew and skipper were friendly, efficient and professional. There was enough wind to raise sails and shut off the motor. On the negative side, there should be about six less customers aboard. This would allow for a bit more elbow room and for the crew to easily manouver while performing their duties so as not to need a customer to move out of the path. | Wonderful way to enjoy the Manahttan skyline at night. Very relaxing. Crew helpful and friendly. Would recomend this to anyone visiting NYC. | ||||||

| Recommend this as a nice sail for everybody.Very small children would get antsy after a bit though. Only suggestion would be they should give an occasional narration or interesting story about the harbor skyline or buildings, etc. Would do it again. | ||||||

Lovely Boat but...

| Ths was a sailing schooner, but there was no wind. So there was no sailing. I would rather not have spent $80 each for a sail that did not happen. I could have had the same motor ride on a larger boat meant to motor. The service was great, the guides were great, but it was very disappointing . Even though a beautiful day, very hot in the sun with no wind. I would recommend if there is wind. But they don't tell you if it will be windy or not. | ||||||

| Our group of friends travel to NY every time the same year. I am the person in charge of recommending what we do and where we eat. I was looking on City Search for activities going on during the weekend and I thought this would be interesting. We really expected just a boat ride with snacks and maybe one drink. The boat was fabulous. The food was incredible. The staff knowledgeable and kind. Our expectation was it would be a small step up from the Massive Cruise line that goes around the island. This was no small step but a giant leap from that. Wow, I can't say enough about how nice everything was. My only negative would be that it is not marketed with more fevre. In your brochure, it states that you may want to bring extra food. Because I have to eat every couple of hours I bought food to bring on board. I politely threw mine out and enjoyed the really great food, fabulous people, and a very informative ride. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, including New Yorkers! | ||||||

| Ride was non stop action.Whether it was passing Statute of liberty, Pier 17, Bklyn bridge or the various waterfalls. Especially enjoyable was the ability to sit comfortably inside watching the sights thru the glass windows or going out on deck to feel the cool breeze and the feel of the waves. | ||||||

| I was extremely disappointed, I was expecting to SAIL, if I wanted to motor I have plenty of other choices. Misleading promotion on your part. The crew was courteous and friendly, the boat beautiful and well kept... and meant to SAIL. Where was the quiet, peaceful sailing part? | ||||||

| Pleasant trip because of the great weather conditions for the day. Waterfalls were not all they were written up to be. Staff on boat were not attentive in any way. They just did their jobs without any concern for the overall enjoyment of the tourist on board. | ||||||

A Wonderful Memory

| My sister's and brother took our mother and father, for her 80th birthday. What a trip. We had a wonderful time, she was elated. She grew up in the Manhattan area and was so thrilled to see all the old places from the river and at the same time spend 3 hours with her children. The staff was wonderful, food was great, the weather couldn't have been more perfect. All in all it will always be a wonderful memory of her 80th birthday. I strongly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to relax for 3 hours and take in the beautiful sites of Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx. | ||||||

| Repeat visit, booked before we left the UK and it did not dissappoint. Adirondack last year, Imagine this; friendly helpful skippers, efficent, cheerful crew and maximum time under sail. I recommend these guys thoroughly. | ||||||
