Classic Harbor Line

I enjoyed this tour immensely. I have been living in NYC for several months and it has really increased my appreciation for the architecture surrounding me. This is a good activity for any architecture buff or otherwise curious person.

We recently took the Saturday afternoon tour while celebrating a friend's engagement. We thoroughly enjoyed it - the crew was attentive an lively, the guide was interesting and informative, and the tour itself was the perfect length of time. The boat is smaller, intimate and comfortable, but not crowded. I would recommend this to anyone.

Did not expect too much from the jazz and cocoa boat trip, but have to say, it was massively underestimated. By far, the very best thing we did in New York. The best $55 each we spent. Beautiful boat, beautiful atmosphere and beautiful jazz music. A great way to see the city and the wonderful skyline. Overall, this boat trip is massively recommended. Anyone wanting to experience New York by boat, should definitely book this trip, it is amazing.

It was freezing outside, as we waited to board the small boat for our tour. Upon boarding, I was surprised not only by how much space there was inside, but by how friendly the crew and guides were. I was also surprised to see that 4-7 people could fit at the tables, which were tucked away to the sides of the cabin, with cushioned benches wrapped around them. On the tables there were drink menus and silverware. We were served 1 free alcoholic beverage (included), but also as much hot chocolate/tea/coffee/soda, as we wanted :) After about 1/3 of the way into our journey, each table was served a light refreshment platter with gourmet cheeses, cakes, crackers, and fruit. For the price, this was a wonderful date, and quick adventure, and a pleasant experience.

I took my mother on this cruise as a Christmas present and we had a nice time looking at the lights and admiring the boat (which is lovely). The crew was very pleasant and accommodating, and the length of the ride was perfect - not to long not too short. The cocoa was a little disappointing (likely swiss miss made with water) and seeing as that was part of the attraction I thought it would be slightly higher quality. The caroling was rather silly... two singers not attempting much in the way of harmony, but it was still enjoyable. If they made the cocoa with milk and sang a few more traditional carols (with a harmony) and it would be an absolutely perfect holiday event.

This was a fabulous boat ride around the city skyline! The view of the statue of Liberty was breath taking so bring your camera! The carolers were very friendly, fun and interactive! Our group in the back of the ship continued caroling and got requested throughout the night! This is a great event for a group of friends or a couple on a date. Its very romantic and the first round of wine or hot chocolate was free!

The scene provided by the host and musicians was great for the holidays. It created an awesome experience to socialize with others if you felt to do so. Because, small parties of twos and threes shared the table with other small parties of twos and threes. Everyone was friendly and the live band was great and continued to play the entire trip even getting everyone involved for a Christmas carol before the end of the ride. They took you on a cruise on the harbor as you passed by the statue of liberty and enjoyed the city skyline as it lit up at night.

Highly recommend. Ive already sent to all my friends!

Took my boyfriend on the boat for our 1 year as a suprise before dinner. It was okay, a bit chilly the night we went but the views were amazing. There were two kids that kept running around which was really annoying, since this cruise was supposed to be more aimed for couples. The cheese/fruit platter was a HUGE disappointment!!! such a waste of money. It was $17.00 for 3 slices of 3 different cheeses, a couple dried apricots and a handful of nuts. Def wasnt satifying for two people which it claims. I was also expecting the boat to have lights like in the picture which it did not. It would have been alot nicer if the boat was lit like in the picture since its a "lights cruise"

I definitely recommend this cruise as a fun activity in NYC, even if you're a local like we were. Our trip was part of a bachelorette party and it was a big hit with everyone. We had beautiful weather, not too cold, and the night views of the skyline were beautiful. The boat also slows down super close to the Statue of Liberty for a great photo op. Nice staff, and everything is as advertised.

I suprised my girlfriend with this and she loved it. The enclosed cabin makes it appealing for evening cruises, you can get the same great view and you can stay nice and warm.

After reading other reviews, my boyfriend and I decided to take this cruise. It was magnificent and romantic! The sights that this cruise takes you on is beautiful, they even stopped in front of the Statue of Liberty for about 5 minutes so we could all take pictures! The staff is wonderful and accommodating. My boyfriend and I sat outside for about 10 minutes of the cruise but it was too cold so we went into the cabin and found a cozy little area to just chat and enjoy the wonderful New York skyline. This cruise is great for groups or just a romantic evening date. I recommend taking this tour! (my boyfriend couldn't stop talking about how great it is!)

Overall, it was a great experience, the staff was very friendly and interested that my friends and I were having a fabolous time. I will definately do this again.

Couldn't be more pleased with the experience. We had a wonderful morning. The food was delicious, the staff was excellent, the captain was knowledgable and the guests were respectful.
