| I had always wanted to see the city skyline after the sun has set for years. I thought you needed to know someone with a boat or had alot of money to be able to afford this. However, with City Lights Sail, you didn't need either! For just $100 my girlfriend and I enjoyed a tranquil and inspirational two hour tour of NYC. It was a beautiful night and we saw the amazing skyline of this great city and sailed by The Statue of Liberty. During this tour, the friendly and informative crew served us wine and beer as we took in the sights. It was a night I will not forget. My girlfriend and I will be coming back soon to try one of their many other tours listed. This tour proves you don't have to be wealthy to enjoy the riches of NYC. Thank you Sail NYC and City Lights. | it was great. A bit scary when the boat tipped though. I wish we could have sailed a little closer to the manhattan coast though vs. the jersey coast | ||||||

| This was one of the best things I have done in NY. The staff was fun, attentive and very professional. The views were beautiful and I definitely plan on doing this again in the future. The price was so reasonable given the amount of time you are on the water and the fact that you are served your choice of beer or wine. | ||||||

| Great alternative to the Circle Line tour. Way more intimate. Good for locals. Beautiful sunset. Not all days are windy enough to sail, but we got lucky. Wish we'd known in advance that you can bring your own food to picnic--a bunch of people were doing that and it looked like fun. I was jealous of their deviled eggs. | ||||||

| I would recommend doing this cruise. It was nice, the crew was nice and the GF loved it. A little tight fit, just try not to get annoying people next to you. Other than that it was a great time, great views. | ||||||

| We had a perfect day for sailing, a little windy and very sunny. There were a lot of other boats on the water, including cruise ships, but we successfully navigated around them and right past the Statue of Liberty. I loved that there was no cheesey music and no lame talking from the crew. It was very relaxing and fun! The ad said beer and wine but it was only beer. | ||||||

| The falls were ok but the boat ride was wonderful. We liked that it was a small group and we slowed down at points of interest and needless to say the drinks were an added plus.! Have recommended it to other people. | ||||||

| The sail was okay and reasonably priced. The crew are very friendly and pleasant, we had a beautiful day, and maybe I expected too much. But it was pretty much like, we sailed out, cruised past the Statue of Liberty, and sailed back in. I was sitting towards the front of the boat so maybe I missed some stuff going on in the cockpit or something, but I didn't hear much in the way of descriptions of what we were seeing or the actual work of sailing the boat. We took some hard turns which were scary for my girlfriend, although I enjoyed it. She also got sprayed pretty good with some water over the bow, so if you're not into that sit towards the back. We were also sitting near two couples with a bunch of loud and unruly kids, so that also detracted from the experience. I would recommend this for out-of-town tourists because there are some great views of the city from the water, but if you're local you probably won't be overly thrilled with it. | ||||||
