The crew could not do enough for everyone on board (approx 20 people) Helpful, informative and responsive to requests/needs. Would do this again, but would recommend a light travel rug (can get a bit nippy!) Also, recommend taking a light snack/picnic unless you eat before you sail

Our work team kicked off our team building evening on the schooner adirondack and couldn't have made a better decision. It was a fantastic experience - the crew was excellent, the whole group was not overcrowded...it was just what we wanted! Thank you!

It's our second time and the experience is always a joy. I prefer it when there are fewer people on board (but that's how I feel about the planet.) Captain Peter was charming and his love (as well as the crew's) of sailing the the Adironcack is palpable. Regards, Tony Gerber (and family)

taking this trip was one of the great desicions i have made, the crew are very friendly, a good sorrounding, great for couples, when u what to get away from the noise of the city and just make ur self confortable with ur partner with out being bother. well this is where you should be in...i recomed this to be in your great things to do list..

We took to afternoon sailboat ride to celebrate my college graduation and it was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful views and fresh air. You actually don't feel like you are in the city anymore! I would absolutely do this again, and I am looking forward to trying the sunset sail. We all felt soo relaxed when we got off the boat. The captain and crew were also really great. I would definitely recommend this!

My husband and I took our son and new wife for the afternoon tour on the Adirondack. We loved being out on the river, so close to the water, with the breeze blowing through our hair. It was quiet and peaceful and cool on the water. The captain was knowledgeable and pleasant, and we enjoyed chatting with him and our family members. I plan on going on the trip again with friends, and would highly recommend it.

I first feared that this activity will be too touristy and tacky, but I took the risk as the concept is great. I took my fiancy for his birthday and it turned out to be a great thing to do to chill and chat with each other. The group was great and no one was too loud and everyone was friendly. The service was fairly subtile and we were totally relaxed. It waqs definitely a full success. Thank you

i am very familiar with nyc and think best way to show off nyc to out-of-towners is by water...my wife and i took 2 out of town mid-west couples on their first trip to nyc on this yacht brunch trip around manhattan island ...it was fantastic...the boat was luxurious, the food was plentiful and terrific, and the personnel knowledgeable and very service/customer friendly..I give it 5 stars out of 5 stars...worth the price and more...my out of town friends were enthralled with the views and this perspective of nyc...highly recommended

My fiancee and I took her parents on the day sail and this was our second trip. I would recommend any of these. They are a lot of fun and the crew is great. We are definitely looking forward to doing the night cruise the first chance we get.

My Mom and I are from Florida and decided to go on this trip to see the Statue of Liberty in a fun way! It was her first time to NYC and this sailing trip made our trip complete! Great staff, fun groups of people of all ages and celebrating all different occasions. We would definitely do it again!

We had a great time and enjoyed the trip very much. Would recommend it to everyone who likes to be on the water and who doesn't prefer to be on the regular (motor)boats including a huge crowd.

My wife and I have been married for five years. We were trying to decide what to do on our fifth anniversary. She came up with the idea of a sail. We researched on the web, and luckily came across the Schooner Adirondack. We went with 11 friends and relatives. The crew was helpful, professional and friendly. The setting and weather were great. We loved being with family and friends, having a drink, and watching New York go by. We brought a picnic along, which was fun to eat bobbing up and down. We would recommend it to anyone - it is well worth the price. A wonderful anniversary thing to do!
