| My friends and I really enjoyed the City Lights Sail. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and the views were magnificent. All at a very affordable price. I would definitely do this again. | ||||||

| We are frequent visitors to NY, for plays, galleries, shopping, etc. The schooner sail was perhaps the best thing we have ever done in NY. We are fairly accomplished sailors, but there were many newcomers on board as well. Everyone seemed to have a great time. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. the sail was beautiful and a good counterpoint to the hectic pace on land. We almost certainly will do it again the next time we are in NY. | ||||||

| My Mom, 17-year-old nephew and I had a marvelous time sailing on the Adirondack Schooner. The boat is gorgeous, the crew was attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. It was the perfect way to see New York in a relaxed setting. | ||||||

| As a first time "sailor" I was a little hesitant. However, the captain and crew were very knowledgeable, professional and hard working. It was a wonderful experience and the time seemed to fly by. I am looking forward to the fall foliage trip. | ||||||

| When I reserved two tickets on Zerve, I entered a short note that we were celebrating the birthday of "my honey." Upon checking in at the ticket booth, I reminded the ticket attendant of my comment who laughed and said that everyone at the booking agency had enjoyed my comment, and that she would secretly tell the Adirondak staff to acknowledge my boyfriend's birthday. The sail was wonderful enough, but when the crew started serving champagne, our server came up to my boyfriend and said aloud, "Tim, your honey would like to toast you on your birthday " and poured us both a drink. Everyone on board started singing Happy Birthday. What a fabulous surprise! The trip was a singularly wonderful experience and we will return again and again, especially with out of town guests. | ||||||

| We have been on The Adirondack 4 times now ! We always look forward to cruising the Hudson River - with the peace and quiet of the sailboat it's like you've left NYC ! The crew are nice and always make sure you have a drink in hand when you want one. Great fun ! | ||||||

| We just got back from a very busy Manhattan week and we both agreed that this was the most relaxing and pleasurable thing that we did all week. The city at night is really worth seeing from the water. We would have both done better with warmer outfits, the wind can reach up to 30 knots on the water, but the crew hands out blankets liberally (and the drinks didn’t hurt either). There is only one thing that I would do differently, and it has nothing to do with the Adirondack or the crew. I would have made sure that I was proficient with my camera for night pictures of the city. I didn’t set everything up for city pictures from a moving boat at night. I only add this because I didn’t see it on any other reviews, and didn’t get any good pictures. I couldn’t recommend this trip enough, it is well worth the price. David Atlanta, GA | ||||||

| This is my third sunset cruise and I love it more each time. THe captain is full of great stories and the rest of the crew was extremely nice and helpful. My only complaint is that I unfortunately bought more tickets then i ended up using -- one friend had to cancel at the last minute becaues he was sick -- and there was no way to either get a refund or schedule for a different date the three tickets I ended up not using. I understand why this policy exists but it was unfortunate as I would definitely like to apply the three unused tickets to a future sail! | ||||||
