| I had some family from out of town - and they loved this. it gave them good perspective of the city, was fun, and is relaxing. the crew is nice and pretty much stay quiet and not over-bearing. | ||||||

| The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had a perfect sunny windy day..and watched in amazement as all the sails were raised.. We sailed around and had the most amazing views of the city. What a great way to spend the afternoon on a date or with family and friends. Extremely relaxing! I am a native NY'er and still found this very pleasant! Thank you SAIL NYC! | ||||||

| The weather that day was very nice: bright, warm sun, an occasional cloud, cooling breezes. The boat was clean and appeared very well maintained. While the crew was very professional and effecient, the three gentlemen were also pleasant, friendly and funny. | ||||||

| This trip is romantic, inexpensive, and just the right length. What an awesome way to see NY Harbor and the Statue of Liberty. When the engine turns off and you are just under sail power, it is magical. | ||||||

| Our group consisted of adults and children and the crew was great and the sail was fun. The drawback for me is that gratuity is optional for passengers but because we had a group of 13 we got charged 75 dollar gratuity. It seemed quite high considering everyone else on board threw in a few dollars. Only half of ou group even drank anything. Otherwise it was nice. | ||||||

| We took our 13 year old son on this trip for his birthday-as he requested. The boat is spacious and the crew was very kind and helpful. The food was great and had plenty of variety. The tour was just amazing and we could come and go from the cabin to the deck as we pleased without crowding and there were plenty of opportunities to take pictures. We got to hear about the history of the landmarks we were passing while enjoying the unique perspective of the view from the water. Would definitely do it again. | ||||||

| It was a great night on the water. The only suggestions I will make is for there to be some sort of cushions to sit on (2 hours on a hard surface is a bit rough) and I would of liked for someone to be a guide and tell us what some of the historical sites were. I personally, had no idea what I was looking at, except for the Statue of Liberty! It was a very nice and romantic trip though. | ||||||

| Despite the downpour and cancellation of earlier sail, we still had a great time. The staff was so courteous and gave us the option for the later sail. Added bonus: surprise fireworks! One of the best experiences I've had in the city. Couldn't have been more perfect for my friend who was visiting NYC from Kansas for the very first time. | ||||||

| We took the City Lights sail and it was better than i expected. I enjoyed watching the crew sail and man the boat ( i know nothing about sailing). It was a pretty empty trip, so we were very well taken care of, and a perfect way to end an evening. Highly reccommend it, for locals and visitors! PS-Though we saw the Governer's island Waterfall from afar, it was shut off at 10pm. If you want to see it, I'd take the 830, (not the 930) to see it lit up... | ||||||

| Viewing lower NYC and expereincing NY Harbor on a tradition sail boat is unbeatable. As the loud party boats will scream on by, you will feel only the serene and natural power of wind, water and wood surronded by the majesty of NYC skyline. Recommend the sunset cruise as a good option. | ||||||
