Classic Harbor Line

The cruise was exactly what I wanted. I got great views of Manhattan, good food with elbow room. I would love to have my entire team at work to take this excursion together.

This tour is very classy and relaxing way to view New York skyline and Statue of Liberty. The crew were splendid company and the views and the boat were spectacular. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting New York

I have used Classic Harbor Line many times in the past: they are, simply put, WONDERFUL! The captain and his team are funny, qualified, respectful. They are very attentive, and make you feel like you are on a private cruise. Their boats are well equipped, comfortable. And most importantly, they are not like those touristy boats that are only after your money: they truly love what they do and that makes for a very, very enjoyable moment.

A beautiful evening on the water. Highly recommended. The crew takes good care of their guests, distributing blankets and drinks. Mostly couples, but I was by myself and was very comfortable. Don't book this if you're looking for a guided tour of the New York skyline. The crew will answer questions, but (thank goodness) there isn't a running monologue about "on your right is the..." I think the beauty of the trip depends on the weather. Luckily the winds were in our favor and we never had to use the motor. Would have been a different trip otherwise.

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. This is a very informative tour that gives a different perspective of Manhattan that many of us miss when visiting the city. Very relaxing, great crew and the food provided was plentiful and very good.

I would highly recommend this tour to all, from the architectural student like myself, to the simple tourist or curious local. This tour, run by very professional and informative staff, was really amazing. You are guided through New York by an architectural historian, seeing and learning about parts of New York most of the locals haven't even seen. You also get to see the typical tourist attractions from a completely new perspective, giving you a greater appreciation of this complex city. You are served wine and snacks aboard such an elegant boat, providing a rather classy atmosphere. The crew are incredibly helpful too, offering to take your photo on deck so you can get unique pictures of places like the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge. A must do activity!

It started off great due to the weather. Not sure where to sit at first- inside or out, so we started off up by the bow. There were 40 people on this cruise- about the right number. If the boat was filled to capacity, maybe a little tight. The interior of the boat was very comfortable and even the head was spotless. You are offered one free drink (e.g., wine) and then a charge thereafter. Fruit and cheese tray was a nice treat. It was easy to move about- going inside or out and no one seemed to get in each others way. The narration seemed to be very interesting, but he talked almost the whole time. A break would have been appreciated. If you were up on the bow, you would not have heard the narration clearly due to the wind and water. We have been on the Circle Line cruises before with excellent narration, but not as much fun as this boat. If you are a boating enthusiast, the boat is quite spectacular. But the birghtwork (woodwork) seems to need some attention so not to detract from the boat's appearance. Overall, a very pleasant day due to the exceptional crew and weather.

The quality of service was excellent and the quality and quantity of food provided exceeded my expectations - simply great value for money.

This was a very enjoyable trip. The boat was very comfortable, the crew and guide were very pleasant and approachable. The guide was very knowledgeable. The refreshments were good. In all it was an enjoyable experience

The tour was amazing, cosy and very interesting. The two guides were really amazing, super competent and very professional. The ambient was very relaxed and friendly. Just one little remark: if it is feasible I would suggest to the crew, that was very kind and professional, to clean the windows of the boat better. Since it was a cold day many of us stayed inside the boat enjoying the view and trying to take some pictures if the windows would have properly cleaned we could have taken better pictures. I sugegst to all my friends in NY to take the tour

This was an outstanding tour around Manhattan. The narrator nwas enthusiastic without being a self-styled comedian and really knew the architecture and its history of the various building, bridges, andd other structures. We really enjoyed seeing the area around the Harlem River near the Columbia University football stadium.
