Great way to see the island

| We were a group of seven adults: two Americans in their fifties, two Belgians in their fifties, and their three Belgian children in their twenties and thirties, and the tour was perfect. The crew was funny and friendly, without being pushy or obstrustive. The tour was beautifully done (it helped that the weather was ideal == in bad weather, it could be a drag). The boat was delightful. The food was adequate, if not exciting. But a very enjoyable event == of our European visitors' trip it was definitely one of the high points. | ||||||

| I really enjoyed the cruise around Manhattan, I think it was a wonderful way to see the city. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. My only complaint is that there was not enough inside seating with tables for all of the passengers. I ended up eating on the bow with my plate in my lap. | ||||||

| Scheduling the sailing cruise was simple and convenient, but the sail was even better. It was the perfect night and the crew were very pleasant and accommodating. Definitely a must for those who haven't, especially if it is for a date or an evening with that special someone in your life. | ||||||

| Our group of 4 did the Sunday night city lights tour. The crew, yacht, and tour were all excellent. I highly recommend this tour and I'll definitely book it again when in NYC. | ||||||

| My husband and I were looking for a unique way to engage the kids on a tour of New York. Not being a good waiter-in-line with crowds and ferries, we wanted a cozier, more engaging experience and the City Lights Cruise aboard the Manhattan far exceeded our expectations! The boat is lovely and well-maintained. The captain and her crew were exceedingly accommodating and the historic information provided was interesting to us all, including my 5 and 7 year old children. It just felt like a real adventure vs. a rote experience and with the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island as the backdrop, we were all wowed. Plus, an hour and a half was a perfect amount of time for a family with young children. This is a great treat for anyone, whether you're a local or visiting. Highly recommend!!!! | ||||||

| What a beautiful way to see the city at sunset. This is not a booze cruise - it is a relaxing sail in a schooner with a nice glass of champagne or wine. Lovely. I live here and I enjoyed this view of the city. Highly recommend it for locals anytime or a nice thing to do with visitors. | ||||||

| Everyone was very nice - the boat was well kept, and the length of time was very enjoyable. The only thing that I would like to see is maybe the crew talking a little bit more about the sights and maybe giving a few facts. I was with 2 people who have lived in NYC for a few months, so they knew a little but not too much about what we were sailing by. | ||||||

| Even though it was Mid October and the weather was quite cold, the sunset sail on the Adirondack was an emmensely pleasant experience. The staff were helpful and engaging, the boat was beautiful and comfortable, providing a smooth ride despite the wash from other river vessels and the views were remarkable. The 'free' drinks provided onboard made for a pleasant surprise and loosened people up enough so that conversation wasn't just contained to groups. Blankets seemed to be enough to stave off the cold, although hot drinks would have been nice too. All in all a good ride and a pleasant way to see alternative views of NYC and surrounding area. | ||||||

| The brunch cruise is a great and different way to see Manhatta (and more)! A unique way to discover how large and beautiful the area is. See the sights - Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Hundson river, Chrysler building and so much more. With great senery, delicous food (and stocked bar), friendly staff and your friends, family or loved ones you can't go wrong. | i was looking for a romantic place to celebrate anniversary with my wife and i i was suspicious about this kind of a brunch/cruise. but i was very surprised. yacht is very neat and nice. cabin has lot of windows and light. staff was excellent (young guys, professional yet relaxed and funny, and great female captain!), they gave as descriptions of places we were going thru, not too many, not too little. food was great for a brunch. first we were served bagels, croissants, pancakes stuff like that. and later there was a huge piece of smoked ham and club franks and salad. so if you are worrying about food, stop worrying. good bar. great for romantic date, hanging out with friends and/or family. 6 out-of 5 stars recommendation | ||||||

| My significant other and I ended our great day in Manhattan with the City Lights cruise on Saturday 10/13. The weather was a bit chilly so we opted for the Luxury Yatch with the enclosed glass area rather than the sail boat. Althought the cruise was nice, the city skyline was something to see by night, we expected a bit more out of the occasion. We were given one drink only comp - option of beer, wine or champagne. We expected at least 2 drinks each and available snacks. I read that somewhere on the website that this would be offered. Overall, it was worth the trip but more of a one time experience. I would definitely recommned this cruise. | ||||||
