Good Time

| The boat that we were on had a large group of women from a corporate group. The seating was problematic in the beginning because they had boarded first and were spread everywjere. It would have been nice to have the crew ask for seating for our group of four. That really is the only reason my enthusiasm is less than the highest. | ||||||

It was the highlight of our New York visit.

| Ths trip around Manhattan in a brand new yacht built along "classic" lines was a perfect platform to enjoy yourself while seeing the "city" fron the outside. The crew was very congenial and you felt like you were their guests. Being a boater from a different part of the US, it was a dual experience where I could see the New York sights and discuss the navigation proceedures in the area with the Captain. My wife was reserved about the trip until she took it. She felt it was the highlight of our trip. | ||||||

| Our group (of 28 to 38 year-olds) took the 1 PM sail (which was not crowded and very pleasant.) The captain & 2 crew members were very friendly & courteous. I highly recommend booking this company if you want a casual sail boat cruise on the Hudson. | ||||||

| We arrived early as requested it was alittle chilly that night. It would have been better to wait on the ship and serve drinks as we waited to depart. We would have been more comfortable and you guys would have possiblly made alittle more money from the drinks being served. I bought a bottle of wine and I felt rushed. Otherwise, a nice little trip! | ||||||

| My girlfriend and i went on this for our 2 year anniversary, and we had a really good time. There was a light mist outside, the trip was very romantic and had great ambiance. The staff was very friendly and the view was great. Really recommend this as a romantic trip thats different. I lived in NY my whole life and never got to experience New York like this. | ||||||

| The tour itself was wonderful. The wines were spectacular and the foods paired with the wines complimented them perfectly. Well worth every penny and then some! | ||||||

| We had a great time. The boat was small enough to allow you to meet other people and talk about where they were from and what they were doing on the cruise. The wine stewards description of the wines, the regions they came from and what foods they paired with was very helpful. The cruise itself was enjoyabe and we had a good look at NY at night. | ||||||

| It was a very nice tour, perfect for a date with my wife :-) It departed at the agreed time. The duration of the tour is perfect. I'd only suggest to take the tour to see the new Navy vessel built with the rests of the WTC, which is very close to the pier from where we departed. I think that there is enough time to see this too. | ||||||

| The processes of booking, boarding, and enjoying this out-door activity were all ultra-smooth. All points of contact with the vendor were professional and helpful. All of the staff who reported on their experience were very enthusiastic and indicated an interest in doing the activity again in the near future. Our employer was very pleased with the outcome of the event. The weather cooperated too! Not to mention...Yankees win! The activity is child-friendly which is good since half of our group was under the age of 18. You will enjoy this activity. We assure you. There were superb opportunities for photographing the Manhattan skyline at twilight. Bring your camera, bring extra-batteries. You will not be disappointed. | ||||||

Relaxing and Enjoyable Afternoon

| Cruise, boat and crew were excellent. The weather was good and commentary was a useful guide to our surroundings, though a little loud inside for the laid back lounge. The small delicate sandwiches, crackers, farmhouse cheese, nuts and cranberries were fitting for an afternoon tea, along with the cake, tea (the water is hot - there is an electric kettle) and a glass of wine. The size of the boat and only 20 to 25 guests made it easy to move around inside and out. A nice relaxing afternoon. | ||||||

On the Hudson in the Adirondack

| The four hour sail up the Hudson was well worth the money. For the same cost as a show or a bus tour, you get a relaxing, quiet look at the Manhattan skyline and NJ Palisades. Plus, drinks (yes, with Rum if you want it) a sandwich and a knowledgeable, friendly crew are included. The trip ran from the 23rd street dock to the GW Bridge. Although we were expecting more mileage, the distance was right for the time, given the wind and current conditions. There seemed to be little space to retreat to if it rained, so be prepared for the prevailing weather conditions [although the web site says the trip would be cancelled if the weather is too inclement]. We sailed on a crisp November day, and it felt like we successfully extended our Summer vacation. | ||||||

| My family enjoyed a wonderful and unusual trip around the skyline of Manhattan on the Adirondack. The temperature for the 6pm sailing was cold in late October, but we were well rapped up and provided with blankets and a couple of drinks so that kept us warm. The kids really enjpyed the trip and I can definitely recommend it to families. Be careful, it leaves from Pier 62 on Chelsea Piers, the only Pier not signposted. We nearly missed our sailing as we couldn't find it. The Pier is the northermost one, before you get to Pier 61. | ||||||

| the views of NYC and New Jersey were spectacular. The crew was pleasant and accommodating and the boat was comfortable. We enjoy sailing and this was a very pleasant sail. It would be good to chose a warm sunny day. we plan to return , perhaps for a sunset sail. | ||||||
