Sunset Sail aboard the Schooners Adirondack

We were so lucky it was windy, we had besides the sunset also the citylights. I am going to do it again next year!

I had so much fun on the sunset cruise. The crew couldn't have been any nicer. I looked around and every passenger looked so happy and relaxed. I have already recommended this to several people and would definately go again myself.

Took my visiting parents on this instead of going to a play like we usually do. Great time - it was smooth sail and the captains kept the wine glasses full. Highlight was sailing right up to the Statue of Liberty. Would definitely go again.

The sail was better than expected. Wow is all I can say! Even though Mother Nature did not cooperate with us as far as the sunset was concerned we still had an unbelievable time. The staff was very informative and helpful. They even assisted me with a special request by presenting my date with a card while sailing, which was more than appreciated. I asked my now girlfriend (Yes!) to go steady while sailing and needless to say she said YES!!! This is a memory I hope we will share forever and I will be sure to return on every anniversary!

This is one of those great things to do in NYC - it's so relaxing you almost feel like you've been on a holiday when you get back. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, i've been on it twice now and will definately be back - book now you'll love it!

Caught between 2 storm systems on an absolutely georgeous New York evening on the Hudson. The crew was attentive and informative! The wind was right and sailing was a thrill! The skyline and Statue were spectacular as one would expect. We've done this several times before and recommend it to everyone who makes the trip to NYC. It was a New York adventure our family will always remember!! Hats off to the crew of the Adirondack (sunday evening Sept 24th, 2006)!!

A beautiful ship with actual sailing (as opposed to motoring with the sails up). Friendly crew and great views on Manhattan and Jersey. The sunset over Manhattan was spectacular and seeing all the lights come on only made it more impressive.

We always love the Adirondack. Just do it!

The night was perfect....the water calm and peaceful... Vistas great and great commentary by our captain. Friendly attentive staff and captain ...great friends and new ones on board. Felt oh so much better when I left than when I came. Can't wait to do it again..
