Group of friends & family, aged mid-20's to early-50's. Came across trip via an internet search - so glad I did! We had a gorgeous evening which obviously helped, but the sail was a real treat. A relaxing and great way to view the sights from the river. When the boat turned for the return trip and our first sight of the NYC skyline at night - WOW. Service 1st class, from booking the trip over the phone with Zerve to the young guys who served us 3 very nice cups of champagne on the trip! Would thoroughly recommend - great value for money - will book again on my next trip to New York! |

I was a bit skeptical initially, fearing that the boat would be overrun by tourists, but it was actually a very nice mix of people, mostly local. The staff were very pleasant and even let us help raise the sails! I do recommend the tour and will take visitors on it next time I have someone staying over. |

The Adirondack is a beautiful boat. My friends and I had comfy seats and enjoyed the complimentary drinks service. The captain and his mates were friendly and accommodating.
Overall the trip was really great. I felt we didn't go that far for a 2 hour trip though. I thought in 2 hours we would see more of the NYC coastline, I guess I wasn't sure the exact destination of the trip ahead of time. So maybe that could be explained better.
Regardless, i definitely enjoyed myself and have already recommended it to other people I know.

I couldn't have made a better choice. The Schooner was beautiful, the crew was helpful and courteous, the Captain was entertaining and the sunset was gorgeous. You really can't go wrong here people. |

A group of 6 of us (ages 24-25) took the sunset sail to celebrate a birthday and we had a fantastic time! We're all from the area (I currently live in NYC) and it didn't feel like a touristy attraction at all. The crew was extremely accommodating & the people aboard the boat were all friendly. It was the perfect amount of time and the blankets they provide were key! Highly recommend this for anyone! |
