Sunset Sail aboard the Schooners Adirondack

The sailboat, view, and crew were all great. Complimentary cocktails made it all come together. Was a wonderful evening.

I booked this for a birthday celebration with a small group of friends and it was a PERFECT way to start the night. We lucked out with gorgeous weather, were started off with a glass of wine/beer/champagne and brought along a mini-picnic of appetizers for ourselves. I love that the boat actually sailed, that a majority of the people there were local, that they served great drinks (3 rounds), and everyone was really helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone - romantic date, fun for a group, tourist activity/friends out of town. Great time!

The trip was fantastic. The captain handled the boat very well. The crew was professional and courteous. I look forward to going again.

It was a bit rainy on Thursday when we went on the sunset cruise, but we had a great time. As soon as we stepped on the boat, we received rain coats to keep us dry. By the time we go to the statue of liberty, the rain stopped and the skies cleared. The crew kept our drinks full and were extremely courteous. Highly reccomend this trip!

I am a former Hotel Concierge and I can tell you the sunset cruise on the Adirondack is the best sail cruise you can do in New York! My wife and I were celebrating our 5th Anniversary and we decided to do this rather than the typical dinner date. I had a choice between this sunset cruise and another one out of the South Street Seaport which I had done before and this one was by far better. The crew is very friendly, and professional. The Captain was very charming and knowledgeable. My wife who is afraid of boats and was sailing for the first time had a great time and was put at ease so much by the crew that she is looking into sailing as a hobby. The assortment of drinks they provided only added to the atmosphere and the picnic dinner we packed was perfect on the stern of the ship. If you are unsure of a sail cruise, do this one! You wont regret it.

Easy choice when your boyfriend loves the water, boats and sunsets. The crew was amazing, the ride was beautiful, the evening could not have been more perfect. Would do this again in a heartbeat!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that drinks were complementary (beer, wine, soda's etc). Some folks on our trip brought along a picnic dinner. Great idea, wish I'd thought of that. NYC is not a cheap place, but for the price this is a pretty good deal.

To help celebrate our thirty-fifth wedding anniversary, I decided to treat my husband to your wonderful sunset tour of the Hudson River. The wooden, two masted sloop made you feel apart of the maritime history of New York. Both my husband and I remarked that the closeness of the hull to the water, the manual mechanisms of the ship, only three crew members, and keeping low passenger counts helps soothe the wild beast of the 21st century person. Manhattan's magnificent backdrop with perfect weather made this voyage an evening to remember for an eternity.

I was on a date with someone and we were so happy and romantic.I'd like to recommend if someone want to ask someone to get married this is the right place to do!!
