My husband and myself and our son and his wife sailed on the Adirondack II for a sunset cruise. We loved the sailing, had never done that before in our lives and we were so enthralled with the sights up and down the harbor. Then to top it off, we were very close to the Statue of LIberty and had an opportunity to take some awesome pictures. The cherry on top was seeing the sunset and enjoying the last rays of sun on the water. The crew couldn't have been more friendly, accommodating and just overall pleasant to be with. Thank you for such a wonderful evening for our family. This was a once-in-a lifetime opportunity for us and one that we will not forget. |

My partner and I live nearby, and we have been on the Adirondack sunset sail at least 5 different times, with and without visitors. It is a spectacular way to see the NYC skyline and monuments, far better than other tourist boats (even at full capacity this boat doesn't feel crowded - and being under sail beats a noisy motor any day). We also appreciate the excellent beer and wine selections served on the boat. The crew are professional, capable, friendly and fun. It's tempting to keep this "our little secret" so tickets won't become impossible to get, but I have to be honest, this is our very favorite trip in the city. |

On a perfect day, this is just a great experience to share with friends. Great views, great crew and fun setting. It's a little on the expensive side, but that concern tends to blow away while you are on the boat like the wind in your hair. Perfect way to get the requisite statue of liberty picture, while never having to let go of your glass of champagne. |

this is the best tourist activity i have done yet since becoming a nyc local two years ago. the boat is great, the staff is wonderful and the views are spectacular. would definitely recommend this for couples or groups who want to see the city from the water. |
