two of us took a third friend on this sailboat for her birthday, and she had a wonderful time. we all really liked our captain, though i'm blanking on his name at the moment and the weather was lovely. a couple of glasses of wine/champagne each...talked with several of our fellow travelers....very fine way to pass two hours. if you're thinking about doing it...go for it! |

My parent's (from Ohio) and uncle and cousin (from Arkansas) were in town visiting. I can't describe how much fun they had on the sunset cruise. Captain Kat and her staff were simply INCREDIBLE- friendly, knowledgeable, smart, helpful, and fun. The length was perfect, the beverage service was perfect, the sights and sounds and everything was just... well... perfect. My family could not stop talking about it once we were back on land. THANK YOU for such a great night - the best I've had since I've been in the city! |

We went on a sunset cruise to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was perfect in every way. The boat is beautiful, the experience well orchestrated by the company, and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Our captain, Julian, was a great host and skipper. I can't wait to do it again. |

Loved the experience, really well thought out. A few thoughts and suggestions:
- the relaxed feel of the trip is perfect - no forced participation, no over the top activities, space and time to enjoy the experience as you wish
- crew were friendly and helpful and stayed out of the way.
- metering of drinks was great - generous and openly available but not enforced or excessive, smartly done.
- i would considering partnering with one of the caterer's in chelsea markets to offer buffet hamper packages - i am sure a lot of people would pay more to have a picnic prepared for them and delivered to them at check in. |
