Sunset Sail aboard the Schooners Adirondack

It is one of the most memorable and fun trips that I have not had for a long time. The captain was warm, informative and very much in control of the boat. I enjoyed the rounds of drinks that were served by your friendly staff. The sunset view on the Hudson Rivera was spectacular. The Manhattan skyline slowly rolled across your eyes as the boat sailed down the Liberty island. Not to forget to mention that the Statue of Liberty was so close and so magnificent that it reminded me what a great country I am in. Thank you very much. I think I am going to take sailing lessons now.

My wife and I enjoyed this very much and look forward to this activity on our next visit to NYC. A good way to see the NYC skyline and the Statue of Liberty from the NY harbor.

Would definitely recommend the sunset cruise to anyone. amazing views of downtown manhattan, the statue of liberty up close and from angles only possible from the water, and a free flow of great local micro brew beers, wine, and champagne.

This was an excellent activity. I went with my young adult children. We all had a great time. The staff was polite, accomodating, and professional. I will take this cruise again the next time I am in New York.

As NYers, we are dubious about activities. But THIS SAIL WAS AMAZING!! We will recommend it to all of our friends, take friends from out of town and come again ourselves. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable.

Even though it was stormy, and the captain told us we might not sail past the Statue of Liberty because of the lightning, I was very glad to know that we had a responsible captain who cared about our safety. And I was glad to hop aboard anyway! Part of the fun was being able to trust him and his crew. Thoroughly enjoyed the ride and would recommend it to anyone! Everyone was super nice and I would definitely do it AGAIN next time I take a trip to NYC. THANKS!!!

It was fun...a bit short on the sail...we motored 80% of the time....weather was a factor, I guess......

Highly reccommended. Great service, and the fact that drinks were included (courtesy of 1-2, I believe is reasonable to say one should have). Other than the gratuity speech, which I had been warned about, from previous reviews, they should do away with it, and just include it in the price. Kinda awkward if you are on a couples date, which I was on. Nice to be able to bring your own picnic, too of which I had forgotten to bring along. But it's allowed, so I would suggest it (food, snacks...). Thanks for reading.
